My girls! NEW PICS!! 12-3-23

Well, I promised to update here but kind of forgot! But better late than never right?

 

Here is my newest girl, number 29.... Torako!

Some info on her....

 

She's an 06 head that was actually the first DD face up that Subaru did. My good friend Moonfaery owned her before me and everytime I saw her at doll meets I just swooned over her adorable face. Fast forward a little and Moonfaery asks me if I would be interested in buying her.... of course I couldn't turn her down.

 

She came on a regular DDdy body but to make her a little more "mine", I swapped out her bust to a modified L-bust. Since she didn't come with eyes or a wig, I had to do some digging around along with some trial and error. But I was lucky enuff to have found these Twin Snow eyes that I had been given previously by Moonfaery.... odd how that worked out! Her wig is from Leeke World and was sent to me along with Kiririn by Waha.

 

As for her name, I wanted something different but still in line with her sisters and a Japanese theme. While thinking it over, I had a secondary character's name from the manga "Yotsuba!" pop into my head. It seemed perfect for her so Torako was born!

 

I really love how she turned out too, she's just so pretty and full of life. A big thanks to Moonfaery for letting me adopt this wonderful girl!

Hmm, looks like I haven't updated this in a little while so here goes!

 

My number 30 was Mirai Suenaga, Danny Choo's mascot. I'm not too sure if I can have pics of her up here since she isn't a DD but there's enuff pics of her over in the Smart Doll area if you wanna see her.

 

But number 31 is a DD for sure! She's called Nami and she's a closed eye 03 head on an original MDD body.

She was made by the same girl who made my Manami and Miyuki. Nami is actually their older sister since she was made 4 months prior to Manami. Funny how she's smaller but older! Nami was a birthday present to me this year and that makes her even more special to me. Now I have every DD that DeadlyGambit ever made! Hee hee..... Her wig is actually Manami's original one and her faceup was redone by Eblktty. The original faceup by DG was good but I felt she needed a bit more detail and color to match her sisters so I sent her to "The Spa" and had her redone. It worked out really well too!

 

Number 32 followed soon after Nami. She's an Alna that I renamed Lyssa.

At first, I really wasn't into the Alna sculpt, she seemed to similar to resins to me. But the more of them I saw that were different from the default setup, the more I grew to like her. Littleberries and DefectiveAngel both have lovely Alna girls and after quite a long time of wanting one, a chance to get one finally came. Someone here on the forums put one up on Ebay and when I saw the opening bid, I put one in for just a bit more in hopes I could get lucky. Well, luck shined on me and no one else bid on her, so I got her for an excellent price!

 

Her body is a regular DDdy with the standard bust. She didn't come with any of her default stuff so I found some green Volks eyes and a Leeke World twin braided wig for her that seemed to work nicely. I had originally planned to call her Alna but the second day she was here, I was telling my girls goodnight and she decided to whisper her name to me..... Lyssa. It was so nice to have that pop in my head and just fit right.

 

I'm not 100% sure on her personality just yet but I do think she's the older, more mature type since she looks the part. I also think she's a proper lady but with some hidden NSFW tendencies that come out with certain kinds of stimuli. We'll see how that goes in the near future.

 

 

 

 

And now for another secret girl I haven't told anyone about!

 

Yeah I know, this gets to be old hat for me doesn't it?

 

Anyways, a long time friend of mine was into the DD hobby bigtime for a while but real world things got in his way and he had to put his girls away for almost 2 years. Upon moving and getting his girls back out, he remembered that I had expressed interest in one of them should he ever decide to let her go. He got in touch with me about her and then kindly sent her my way!

 

So I'd like to introduce number 33..... Aoi!

This is the first version of Aoi, the more Tsundere one which I *much* prefer. She came with her original eyes and wig but her body was swapped to a DDdy. I think it works really nicely for her too, gotta love a sexy, curvy girl with an attitude! I think she'll be good friends with my other 02 head girls as well as my more attitude heavy ones like Bud and Sprout. I'm also thinking she's down to earth and very laid back and possibly a bit of a bookworm.... something Rei will quite enjoy.

 

So that's all for now. And yes, I know I set a limit of 30 girls for myself and I totally wrecked that.... AGAIN. It seems I should just quit trying to limit my family and just go with the flow. No matter how hard I try, if a DD wants to come and live with me, I really can't say no. I'm a magnet for the wayward dollfie it seems......... and I don't think I have a problem with that.

So.... Baldylox broke his vow not to add to the family. In other shocking news, the Earth is round, space is really big, and November 26th followed November 25th. All three are extremely cute, though, so it's forgivable. Especially Nami. I never thought I'd like the closed eye heads, but she looks so sweet.

 

Anyways, congrats on the new additions. No matter how many you have in the family already, its always a wonderful feeling to bring home another lovely girl (or boy), and I know you treasure each and every one. Still, 33?!? We're going to have to add more days to the months in order for you to give them all equal time.

And yeah, it's getting harder to give them all equal time but I think I may have split days with 2 girls now just so no one has to wait over a month for some time with me. Yeah she's supposed to be an idol and she does have the older look for sure in my opinion. As for her looking tired, I disagree. If you want the "been doing live events for 3 weeks straight with no sleep" look, check out Sheryl Nome. THAT girl has serious bags under her eyes and looks half asleep IMO.

Yep.... number infinity will join soon and then go into a space I don't yet have. No clue where I'll sleep or eat since the girls will be taking over the entire house soon. And yes, poor Rei has to keep doing introduction tours and training sessions for every new girl. At least she has competent troops willing to help her out!

That sounds right and it reflects in her sculpt too. She's definitely older looking than most other DD girls. but that's cool with me, I like the older ones, they have an air about them that's really nice.

Thank you! I do try to give as many DD's a good home as I'm able to. And I'm sure more will be adopted this year, it's pretty much inevitable.

OHHHHH YES. I started out with Manami about 5 years ago and after I got her, I really thought I'd *NEVER* own another due to the cost and such. But you see how THAT turned out. Once you have one it's kind of hard to stop there... these girls have a way of squirming their way into your head and heart and never leaving. Not that I'm complaining! I love each and every one of my DD girls, I wouldn't change a thing about who I've adopted and added to my family. It can be hard making space for them and giving them each the time and attention they deserve but I do my best.

Hmm, seems I've skipped a girl in my updating of this thread!

 

Shortly after Aoi arrived, I was checking the sales threads here for clothing and shoes when something caught my eye.... one of my MDD Unicorns had come up for sale. Ever since I first started to pay attention to the MDD girls, two of them topped my want list..... Kudo and Louise. Both of them are adorable as hell but I've always leaned more towards Louise because of the devilish little smirk she has on her face. So when I saw her head and default eyes for sale here, I made an offer on her and got her headed my way.

 

I didn't have a body for her yet tho and that bugged me. Luckily, my GF was in the midst of getting her MDD girl Mizuki a new body from Obitsu so that meant I could get my old original MDD parts body back to use for Louise. I'd done extensive repairs to that body but it had so many issues with it, it wasn't really in that great a shape. The ankles are wonky and the elbows are loose. The middle donut is cracked and held together with zip ties and epoxy. The knees are double kipped. In other words, I have no idea what's actually holding it all together... LOL

 

Anyway, it's the only body I had for her so that's what she has for now. She's going to be upgraded to an Obitsu 45cm body soon tho so her parts body will go back into being just that.... parts for my other original MDD bodied girls.

Time for another update! There's been a few additions since my last update so let's get to it!

 

Number 35 is another 05 head girl. Her name is Akane.

Akane is a Volks prepainted 05 head and she's using unknown resin eyes along with an unknown blue wig. She's on a DD2 Shapely L-bust body and is also an android, like Midori. I need to do her intro story so people can see what her relationship with Midori is.

Number 36 is another rescue girl. She was for sale here on the forums for a while and I just wasn't into her at first. But something made me check in on that sales thread almost daily just to look at her. She finally made me adopt her tho so when she arrived, I had her faceup redone to make her become the little sister of my Elizabeth. Her name is Kaitlynn!

She's a modded Mikuru Asahina and I adore her now. She uses the default Mikuru twintail wig and has unknown acrylic eyes. She's on an Obitsu 40cm body with the S-bust. To see the mods better, here she is with her older sister Elizabeth.

I had Eblktty redo her entire faceup to better match Elizabeths.

 

Now we reach number 37! This girl was also a rescue from here on the forums and she got a complete overhaul once she arrived home. I had no idea who she was going to be tho, I only knew that she needed some love and attention. I gave her to Eblktty and told her to have fun and do something cute. When Ebl was done, THIS is what I got back:

A kitty girl! I named her Kikirin because Ebl said Kiririn needed a little sister to play with. Kiki is on an original MDD body and has the S-bust. She's using the default wig from Miu and the eyes are unknown resins I got from Waha. She's a little troublemaker but she's super cute and loves Kiririn. Here they are rolling around on the floor.

Thanks so much! It really wasn't too hard, it took me about an hour to place them on the couch and pose them so they were all looking at the camera properly. I had a lot of fun doing it!

Thank you! I've always liked the 05 girls and when I had the chance to adopt Akane's head, I was super happy. Not only is the prepainted 05 hard to find, they aren't cheap either. But she's worth every penny I paid for her!

Awww, thank you!! I simply adore Mai, I always have. She's such an under appreciated head tho, I don't see why more people don't like her.
