Ahh the good old days!  I really miss the setup and community that Figurefm had.  I know a lot of them came here afterwards but most have migrated elsewhere.  

Thank you so much! I try my best to make sure each of them gets time with me and a change of clothing one at a time every day.  It takes time to make a full round but they all get taken care of and moved around regardless of if it's their time with me or not.  😉  Pepper is doing fine!  I'll try and get some pics of her for you soon!

I purchased her as just a head with eyes from a friend on Instagram.  I gave her a SWS DD3 M-bust body as that seemed appropriate for who she looked like to me.

As you can guess from her name, she's a quiet girl but is very talkative when it comes to science and books.  She's all about some space exploration too.  She's a custom 09 SWS head.

I really enjoyed this anime and the mix of classic Japanese styles and Steampunk really worked well.  And since she's from Volks, you know her outfit rocks and is faithful to the series.  She did come with her sword but I didn't use it in these pics.

The girl I adopted next is all the fault of a friend in Charlotte that has this same girl.  I loved the gray version of her but never could find one when I had the cash.  But once I saw the tan/tea version in person, I wanted her instead.  So luckily one came along at the right time for me to adopt.  Say hi to Smartdoll Trancendence!

Morrigan loves music and is always trying to keep up with what's new and hip.  She doesn't like much of the newer music these days but does enjoy songs from the 60's - 90's.  That 1760's thru 1790's.  😄

Marty is VERY outgoing and is a high end nail technician.  As you can see, she tends to be pretty extreme with her nail adornments.  😉

Needless to say, she's a popular girl here and helps the others look their best when it comes to their hands.  She enjoys helping out but sometimes gets overwhelmed when attention is thrown her way.

And lastly for this update we have a girl that I have always liked, ever since she was first introduced!  For some reason I never actively pursued her tho, not sure why.  Anyway, I got super lucky and had a friend offer her to me for adoption.  And when I received her, it was at a doll meet/convention on my birthday!  So now she and I share a birthday!  😄  Who is it you ask?  Why it's Towa!

She came to me with nothing but her body and head.  I absolutley love her stock form so I set about finding her wig and eyes immediately.  Luckily I already had her eyes at home so that was easy.  And since I did not have her wig, she's using one that is close enough for now.

Unfortunately, her wig is very hard to find as it is a Doll Point exclusive and was released with her only.  So if you want one, you have to go to a Doll Point store and see if they have one in stock.  I had a buddy visiting Japan and he said he'd get me one but so far, every store he's been to has been out of stock for her wig.

But that's ok because we found one for sale over in Europe!  It's on her now but I haven't taken pics of her with it yet.  So for now we get to enjoy her with this hair.

By the way, Towa seems to be a little flirt.  I think she's been hanging around Manami and her crew too much.  LOL

Thanks so much!  I think they are!  😄  I'm glad you like Marty and Whisper.  I actually named Marty after a friend of mines girl who is all pink and that's all she wears.  😉  Whisper just popped into my head when I was putting her together.  I had another name lined up for her until I found the wig she's wearing.... as soon as it was on her that name popped into my head so that's her now!

And who doesn't like pink?

You got some nice additions to your doll family. 
Ritz is already a fan of Morrigan. I noticed that Ritz tends to take a bit of a distance from my other girls. So I think that there will be another Transcendence girl in Tea or cinnamon (or maybe a twin Cocoa) in the future walking around at home. 
 

I like Towa, never realised that her official wig is so hard to get. Also she has indeed the same way of posing like Manami. Good luck keeping Manami and Towa in control.

And I like Yaya. She reminds me of another well known Yaya on this forum.

I've always wanted a Towa but for some reason I never went after her.  I guess that MY Towa wasn't ready for me until now?  Dolls have a way of finding their homes at the correct time regardless of if we want them to or not.  😉  And a lot of my DDdy girls have Manami-like tendencies.  I guess most of them just feel at home in their bodies and enjoy shwoing off.  I can't say I blame them.

I like Yaya too and I'll definitely admit that a certain other Yaya here is a big part of the blame in me wanting one.  LOL  Mine is nothing like her tho and I'm fine with that.  Mine is her own person and I like how she's turned out.  But the other one here is perfect as she is and that's why I like her so much.

Okay, I was slack and didn't get around to posting last Sunday like I wanted to but here I am taking care of that this time!  😉 

We're almost at the end so for now, this post will end with my family roster completed.  That is, until I adopt more.  LOL

Anyway, we left off with Towa last time so next up we have one of my favorite girls from my recent adoptions.  She's one of the brand new Icon girls that were released last year.  I tried to get her in her first lottery but was denied hard.  😛 So this year I recruited help to her and luckily I was able to snag one!  Say hello to Icon Nikki!

I am absolutely floored with how gorgeous this lady is.  Last year one of my friends won her and when I saw her in person, I was hooked.  She is simply beautiful.  No matter how I look at her, she's just perfect.

I'm not a huge fan of the default wig so I set hers aside and added this medium length Mirai Smartdoll wig.  The color and look fit her way better in my opinion.

After this, the next girl to arrive was another Smartdoll.  A friend came to me with her and I couldn't say no.  She's a super cute girl, it's Curiosity!

She came with a medium bust and the wig and eyes you see on her.  I'm thinking of swapping out her wig to something with a more straight style but I'm not sure yet.  I have to find her style first and see what happens from there.

But she certainly enjoys playing with my cats!

And now for something completely different...

I do have a style when it comes to most of my girls.  They all have a certain look to them and it's rare I have any that deviate too far from that.  It's also rare for me to have an open mouth girl because I'm so picky about them.  They just have to be a certain way or else I'm out.  Weird I know.  But that leads me into this next girl who is named Mori.

She came to me as a head only but her photos of her previous life really jumped out at me.  I did my best to replicate her eyes with the ones I put in her but the wig was all her choice.  I had no say in it.  😄  So I introduce you all to Mori!

I don't know the exact reason I like her so much, she just called to me when I saw her pics.  She's got a bit of a crazy look to her but also a look of being about to start trouble 24/7.  There may be a hint of yandere in there too but I hope not.  😄

I guess she also looks like she's plotting things and really enjoying the thought of whatever it is she's got going on.  Maybe that helps with my attraction to her.  I dunno.  I just know that she's super cool to me and very fun to have here.

So there we are!  At the end of the family!  For now.  I know that there's no end to my doll family so I've embraced that fact.  I just have to figure out more space to display future girls.  The garage isn't too bad a place to sleep, it has heat and AC....  😄

Such wonderful additions!!! I think Nikki and Curiosity are my favourites out of this bunch - I especially love Curiosity's wig! I've never seen one like it! Super cool!!!

Thank you very much!  Nikki is just so pretty, I can't get over her at all.  😉  Curiosity is a sweetie and I like her wig too.  I don't know who makes it as there's no label inside but it's well made and fits her nicely.

The 02 girls are of course some of my favorites.  I knew you'd like Aoi too.  😄 I'm glad Tsubaki noticed the HK hoodie! There's lots of girls here who will enjoy wearing that one.

Haha, my Yor has 30 something MDD girls here to choose from so she's good for now on small girls to protect and spoil.  😉 I do like Anya on her own but when I've seen pics of her next to Yor and other DD girls, she looks a bit.... off.  I'm not sure what it is about her but that's keeping me from buying her.  But who knows?  That may change in the future.  One thing this hobby has taught me is to never say never!  😄

Hi Billy, I have been away for a while but just caught up with all of your wonderful girls. They are so amazing, beautiful and unique. We started collecting at the very same time and when I get all of my dolls still in crates (we moved into a much smaller house because it is near my parents and my mom is in bad health) put together, painted, etc., we will probably be close in number as well.  I love adopting the ones that need help or really need a home, as well as lots of hybrids.

You might remember me, maybe not. I have followed you since the figure.fm days and then on the original DollfieDreams forum, since your Manami and my Miu and Michiko and my husband’s Obitsu Mariko. We started collecting for our 10th anniversary and we have not stopped, just slowed down too much because of carrying two houses for a long while. Ugh.  I hope I get everyone put together and post photos this year. I have health issues and can only work on them a little at a time. 
 

I still would love to get all of our girls (and a few guys) together one day since we are only a state apart, but that might require a Uhaul! Hahaha…I tend to collect cats, too. Right now we have 18 - all rescues, all indoor and all spayed except the newest baby and she will be soon. 
 

I will just enjoy your collection until mine is all together.   Then I can truly enjoy them both. Thanks for all of the updates, names and personalities. It is so much fun to read. Take care and ٩(๑•◡-๑)۶ⒽⓤⒼ ✩‧₊˚. the dollies and kitty for me.
