Yoko's new stuff

Hey, so I have been sewing away and attending classes ect when all of a sudden I go' Uh...DUH why haven't I posted any?' so here is some of the stuff I made and some rather fail jeans enjoy XD

My attempt at Jadepixels simple dress with a slight modification

 

 

Fail jeans anyone? no one? you have to see anyways XD

 

 

 

Poor Yoko, she tried to like them but she just doesn't and neither do I but I just don't know how to fix them

 

and now to the Kimono/sleeping Kimono

 

 

 

 

and a new blanket XD but I couldnt get a full pic of it XD its waaay bigger than her XD along with some pillows hehe

I love the bright flower pattern you chose for the dress, it really matches Yoko's personality! It's very happy and fun.

 

The sleeping kimono is really cool too. Matching pillows are a great idea! I bet she's having some sweet dreams now..

lol yea I made all of it XD had some help from my mom with basic patterns though XD

 

yea I love the flower pattern I picked XD it was just to cute XD and haha the kimono was scaled down from a human person pattern XD but it turned out really well... don't really know how to go about making the obi tho *sweatdrop* Yoko's still having fun with it though ^__^

A big blanket is great for when she has some friends over, or if she "procures" some sisters. Even though the jeans may be considered a failure, they're still cool.

Yeah haha Rise is coming in August from VOLKS USA so she will get a sister ^__^ and yeah the jeans arn't 'fail' per say since they fit its just the bum and crotch dont seem right =/ I'm thinking it might just be because Yoko has such wide hips and such a small waist but I'll probably give it another go in a few weeks XD

I hope you can figure out how to adjust the jeans! It's great that you've been able to make so many things for Yoko.

Thanks I like how the kimono turned out and yea the jeans arn't bad they just seem kinda well 'lumpy' XD poor Yoko haha and I'm sure you could give it a try its not hard I think I just forgot to take into account that the pattern material I used was lighter then jean so I think that might be why its all bunchy XD

haha yeah the Undies where the first thing I made and I was like 'awww kitties...fufufufufu undie material' lol and I made them in about 10 mins haha

thanks it was hard to scale down but once it was there it was easy to do hehe, I love the matching pillows too there so cute when Yoko holds them hehee

Yea I can't really afford the cost for DD clothes that are pre-made and since Yoko is such and odd size I figured rather than spending money and it possibly not fitting I'd try my had at making her some colthes instead >__< thanks I think its really cute on her to hehe (but not the jeans those evil hell spawn *coughcough* I mean complex jean material...>__> )

Heh, the undies have a really cute pattern on them, very Yoko. And I love the kimono! That pattern is awesome! You did really nice work on that. While the jeans aren't perfect, it's better than I could do. Chalk them up as practice and move on to the next project!

Aw thankies XD I am thinking I should make her some cute stockings in that fabric haha and yea the kimono turned out really good ^__^ LOL yeah I think I'll have to move on and try again later lol poor Yoko will have to do without sexy jeans for now

Great job sewing some new clothes for Yoko! I really love the kimono, that pattern is great and Yoko looks really terrific in it. Plus that is so neat you did a matching blanket and pillows.

 

I'm excited to see your next attempt at the jeans. Something like that would be way hard to do. I think they turned out pretty nice for your first try. I'm sure with each attempt you make you will keep improving. I know everything you made did turn out great. Way better than anything I can do, I can't sew at all.
