What a beautiful outfit, and so intricate! That wig is perfect with it, the blues compliment each other very well.

The outfit was a limited item from skfotos (cool cats other site). The shoes are from Baldylox. Apparently he has such a vast DD wardrobe that he even had some spare boots in this color. (Thanks again my friend.)

 

The wig is from cool cats as well. It's the dreaded long twin tail wig that Baldylox's Rei despises so much. It is definitely a fidgety wig and I had to seriously trim down the bangs.

Like I mentioned before, this outfit is hands down one of the coolest things I have ever seen. It's just so detailed and intricate! And it has so many layers too! You could have her wear this in different ways everyday and still not be done after a week.

 

An excellent outfit and well done pics too. Her slight pose changes make her look very modest and she still shows off the outfit well without overdoing it.

 

As for her boots, I am so happy they worked for you! I had nothing they would go with so they just sat in the box all lonely. now they have a new home where they can get to work! You're more than welcome sir, glad to help!

Oh no! Not royal. The last thing I need around here is another princess type. XD

 

I hope she just concentrates on the magic part, although now I that say that it occurs to me I'm having problems with a certain magus who seems to think she's a princess. Perhaps it's best if this girl just considers it a cool outfit.

Thanks. It's definitely the most intricate outfit I've come across. I've wanted it since I first got into DDs. I've also wanted an Erica Sendo head since I saw her as a model for so many dresses on YJA. I don't know the character but I really liked the face so I was happy to find one cheap that was just the body, head, and eyes.

I sooooo didn't know who it was! She is really, REALLY cute. It was amazing to look up her original set because she's a totally different girl in those clothes. She's really diverse and looks extremely unique! She's a normal school girl in one and a 'blue fairy-geisha-ninja-princess in another. Very, very cool. ^^

I had to hunt through all the Volks DD pictures to find out which DD was modeling all the clothes. She looks quite different with different wigs so it took a while to make the final determination. Apparently the Brighter than Dawning Blue girls are based on works by the same artist, so they have similar faces, but each of them have the odd colored eyebrows which makes them a lot less versatile for other wigs and eyes in my opinion.

Here's a cool (IMHO) new outfit I got a little while ago. I've wanted this outfit since I first saw it in pink a while back and finally got my hands on one. I'm so happy! It's even white lined! Sadly my photography skills can't really do it justice but I hope you enjoy the photos anyway. I'll provide links below each image to a larger image in case you'd like a better view of all the little details. (The larger images are 1000px wide, so you browser may scale them down and require you to click them to see them full size.)

 

There are a few accessories I didn't photograph, just too many ways to wear this outfit. Plus a few of them are attached by safety pin and I can't bring myself to puncture holes in the outfit. The type of fabric will show the holes forever. I need to find a better way to attach them.

 

I haven't introduced my newest girl yet either, but that's not what this post is about. She'll make it into my stories eventually, but it was nice of her to model the outfit for me.

The outfit really is beautiful! The boots match so well if I didn't know better I'd think they came with it! That wig might be a pain to deal with but the results are worth it
