Tan DD?

Wow I'm so trying this! I've been looking for a permanent method to tan Tai for a while now and it looks like it was under my nose the whole time! I'm so surprised it was easy to dye the skeleton/joints when I keep hearing how it doesn't work *shrugs*. Well soon she will be taking a one way trip to Blacky's

I"m actually planning on getting another girl soon So this time i will actually make a tutorial for those who want to try! Until volks (maybe?) Releases more tan girls this is at least an option. I only plan on having 4 girls that are tan. The rest of my DD army will stay their normal color XD

Yeah I gave up on not getting more. All my female characters are wanting to be DDs instead of Resin ((not that I mind. This is going to be hilarious.)) I'm Apparently getting Mocha next and she's gonna be an 02 head ^ ^ I just have to wait for my taxes to deposit tomorrow

Ha ha ha! That is so cool! I'm really happy that you like Cocoa so much. And that's great news about Mocha being an 02, I like the 02 heads like my Rei, Reiko and Sango. They can look angry but they are super cute! I hope Volks has all the stuff you need to order her when you get your moolah!

I'm Currently at work XD I"m helping the training class but today they are with the trainer and I still don't have to take calls >.> So I can actually post! I thought they would block this site but haven't gotten to it yet XD

 

Anyway! After looking at some Pics of other 02's I saw she can looked really adorable. and I did check Volks today and saw they do have the DDy in stock, didn't check the heads but I"m sure they are. I might get another body with a M bust so I can make my other ddgirl. She might have a non coffee related name. Maybe. Or she will be Latte XD sounds cute Can't Decide. Kei should be getting hers soon too.

Oh my word look at all these posts! O_O I am still praying for another Tan DD girl but I guess I might just have to suck it up and just get a vmf50 . These tan girls are certainly amazing and beautiful I just feel mine might be a bit too tough since I barely want that light tan skin. Kind of like the color of Anthy from Revolutionary Girl Utena!

Still though, I do wonder why Volks never made anymore. There are plenty of tan girls in anime and games they could do. Heck, just make an original girl and have her limited or something. Not to say I don't love my girls, but stiiiiiiiiiiiiill.

Hiya. I've been experimenting with dying myself. I've noticed like you've said that some of the plastic parts take to the dye really fast, but there are parts that (like the wrists parts) don't seem to take in the dye that well. I was wondering if you used a stronger concentration of dye?

My method is to first, get the shoe dye remover in power form and let the parts mix in there a little. And then wash them. Then I dye each part, one at a time and then rinse off in hold water, then Air dry.

 

That is seriously the what I did for my last girl and she's the most even. It helps if you have someone to help you.

thanks, I'll give that a try when I get more dye. I got her whole body done expect for those "joint" bits that either take the color too easily or not very well and that has be a bit nervious. Well, not as nervious as trying to get her arms put back together. I'm really hoping nothing got warped...

The powder? I used liquid on the body and it seemed okay, but yea on those other parts it didn't seem so effective.

I only use the powder because it worked so well for me x3

With Mocha here, I had to actually dip her boobs again because they lightened up much more the rest of her. And also, they will lighten. XD
