Izalith Posted June 29, 2012 Hello, My Sakuya arrived recently, everything seems fine but... She's missing an earring! The problem is that I bought her from another person new and sealed. I don't know what to do now... but it seems pretty clear that Volks forgot to put in the 2nd earring when they were packaging her. Do I contact Volks USA/JP, or the proxy service I bought her from? baldylox Posted June 29, 2012 Seeing as how you got her secondhand, I'm betting her 2 week warranty period is now gone. So Volks will not be able to help you regardless of if she was new when you got her or not. If you have an issue when you buy from THEM, they will correct it within 14 days of the purchase. But the warranty doesn't carry over that amount of time. Sadly, Volks won't help you on this. All I can think of is to ask around here in the "Looking For" area, check on FFM and other places to see if anyone is selling them separately or willing to do so. Sorry that happened to you.
