I'm really frustrated XD After fighting with the site for 30 mins I got everything in my cart, got through shipping address, and got to the outside site they use for credit cards. Got to the final page to confirm my credit payment, got redirected to Volks, and the site died on me

 

My card has a charge, but nothing on my order status page and the items are still in my cart. So if I do it again I'll have two holds on my account :/ That first one should drop off yes?

First time trying to buy stuff in the after event and gotta say it was kinda lame lol I couldn't even sign in and in no time the only item I wanted sold out XD

I would imagine so, since the cart didn't clear on Volks, their site didn't register you as paying yet. I had to do the same thing, 3 times, but I used Paypal for mine.

all sold out so fast .....

 

I hope they will restock them before or maybe I will juts lost all my interest by then ^^

Didn't get any AE outfits, but managed to get a pieces for a whole body

It took two orders. Just after I made my first order I went to check the DDS parts and there was internal upper frame there! I made a second order just for that.

Are the option parts being restocked? I need a DDS upper frame part and DDIII arms to replace the damaged ones on Moe.

I never even saw the items I wanted come into stock -- they went straight from preparation to sold out. It's better for my wallet, but it's just so aggravating.

Thanks for letting me know! And I guess even though the Volks site timed out when it redirected me my order did end up going through. It only took 30 mins for the system to realize, take the things out of cart, and to show my order in the "Order Status" area. Luckily I had the good sense of checking once more before trying to order again~

 

I got the Emblem T-Shirt & Jeans Set, Striped Underwear Set DDdy (Pink), and Striped Underwear Set L (Blue). First two for Momoko and the last for Saber Nero when she's finally home~ The Emblem T-Shirt & Jeans Set said it fit DDdy so hopefully this is true Can't wait to have these things arrive!

man im really upset because i got the timing for this dolpa all wrong.

 

At first i thought it was at 3pm my time on the 24th but when i clicked "english site" at the time it said from 11:00 on the 25th... and i thought that was 11 usa time ><

Don't feel too bad Sofiel, I forgot completely about the event, spent the day playing Fall of Cybertron, and cursed myself at 1:30 AM when I found all the DDS Internal Frames were sold out...

lol...actually they didn't restock NS DDS upper torso frames as I predicted, only the WS ones (which really makes no sense anyway since you dont see the frame), which sold out literally like 10-15s after 10am jst. I managed to get everything for a DD3 body....except the arms....=_ And yes, the site died on me like 3-4 times before I actually got to pay.

 

Seriously volks...either fire your website programmers, or source it to someone better than a personal freind of one of your execs...Total server-side handling is like the first thing they tell you NOT TO DO in web dev class on the shopping cart topic.

 

So yea..I don't suppose anyone JUST got DD3 arms that they want to sell? lol.....

Thy won't improve the website because they are not losing money on, they still sell out.

Why improve something that's already "working"?

 

You can say it's for their customer service value but we already knew they weren't good at that either. They may be really good at replying to emails but everything else is low on the scale for me.

 

I didn't get anything either, unfortunately.

Went back on there to pick up the Emblem Jeans set and Headphone Jeans sets since they both state that they fit DDDy. Those along with a DDIII M bust for Akina (she has the DDS one right now) and a pair of chucks.

Well, I got the DDIII arms I wanted,but not the internal skeleton piece. Ironic. The arms were restocked briefly in the wee hours of the morning.

 

I'm still going to use the arms, to replace the one I over sanded on Moe.

Everything is currently restock. Not sure how long it'll last though.

I checked this morning after being reminded when I checked the forum this morning. The one outfit set I wanted to get was already sold out (yellow bikini w/ hoodie set) and I didn't really feel like ordering one item (striped undies set) when I could just wait for the US shop to get it in stock (in theory).

 

Maybe next time I set my alarm clock.

Picked up some shoes (which were out of stock before) and threw in some other stuff just to make it a little more worthwhile. Thanks for the heads up!

Wow. I thought Volks will re-do the lottery instead of listing them on the website.
