Early B-day gift for Yukino

This Saturday, July 7th, is my Yukino's one year anniversary! So since she is having her big one year, I figured I'd give her something special early.

 

I'd been eyeing this outfit for a long time but I could never quite pull the trigger on it. But thanks to Maarit, I was able to get it! And as soon as it got here, I knew who was trying it out first.

 

So here is Yukino in her new outfit from Alices Collections!

I *love* hats on DD's so having one come with this set was a big bonus.

Oddly enuff, the model on Alices Collections for this outfit made the hat look way too big and goofy. But seeing it on other DD's here, like Kymaera's Zoe, made me change my mind on it.

While these shoes and socks are also from Alices Collections, I already had them, they didn't come with this set.... but they work well with it!

Yukino is an L-bust and there is still some room up top to fit a DDdy girl if you were inclined to get one of these sets.

I saw this wig for sale here from Nekopon and just HAD to get it! I love the two tone look on Yukino.

Hey hey! Thanks so much for the kind words and that wig! I really like it on her and so does she! And you can always grab one of those outfits from Alices Collections, they're not super expensive or hard to get. But I'm glad I got this one, it really is way nicer in person than in those promo pics on the AC site.

Well, the next two girls to have an anniversary are Elisabeth and Sango. They are on 8-6. Then the next girl to have a one year is Mashiro but that isn't until 12-4. But before her, I'll have other girls hit their TWO year marks! Yoko and Rei will be 2 years in September this year. And in January I have Mai and Miyuki both hitting 2. It's NUTS!!!

 

I think when it cools off a bit, like in late September, I'll do a garden party shoot with all the girls in pretty summer dresses. But it's been WAY too hot for that kind of shoot lately.

I love her new outfit, that was a good call letting Yukino have it for her birthday present. She looks really fantastic and cute in it.

 

I must say I love her wig the most! It suits her so very well and she looks so pretty with it on.

 

 

I came super close to getting that wig too. I'm happy I didn't it went to a far better girl.
