I’m so excited! I ordered my first Angel Philia and she’s headed to me right now. 🤩

I just received my Ellie and I am over the moon with how adorable she is! I changed her faceup slightly to make her look more curious.

I’ve been aware of APs for a while and even painted a few for commissions. I never thought I’d own one but then I saw Mizuki and fell in ❤️! Now I’m waiting for another body and M head in tan to get shipped to me but in the mean time, I get to enjoy this girl! 

 

@Akemi3167 CONGRATULATIONS! She is so beautiful. I understand you about what you felt when you saw Mizuki the same happen to me with mine. What name did you gave her? Did you change her default bust?

Thank you! Yes, luckily I was able to find a smaller bust before she arrived to me so I could switch them out. I’m not a fan of her default bust, hehe 😅. I haven’t decided if I’m changing her name yet, but she will be getting a new face up, wig, and clothes to look more like a 80s/90s anime character (none in particular).

The 80s/90 would be awesome for her. I have seen a type L head style as an 80s girl and she looks awesome.

Thinking of ways of taking photos of my girls is part of my enjoyment of this hobby. As well as my photography, crafting and sewing hobby. 😛 

Obitsu frame is pretty robust so don't be afraid of posing your girls. I like to tilt the head at slight angle when I pose them. Also adding a few props in the picture can help, lowing the aperture, or positioning the light sources can change the mood of the picture, but it all depends on what I'm looking for when I take the photo.

Have a bit of fun and try out different poses and see what works and what doesn't  

it was a bit of a bumpy road, but haku is finally complete and in one piece!! i managed to snag her type j head for only $30, but she was very badly stained, so the faceup artist i sent her to had to do some pretty extensive stain removal, and eventually even blush over some stains that refused to come out. i plan on eventually buying her different hair (id like something longer) and more anime style eyes, these are just a starter wig and eyes i bought myself off aliexpress.

And the default faceup looks a bit more melancholy so I might want to get her repainted, and I also will need to order different parts because I want a bigger bust and hips with more mobility...

...But she's my dream Ap so I'm grabbing her anyway. I'm probably gonna wait until she's released and on Mandrake, which should hopefully give me a few months to get stuff in order.

Emma?  I just ordered her through a proxy.  I've never had an AP before, nor any Obitsu for that matter.  It will be a new adventure. 

My new Ellie head made it home. I named her Cosita. She is currently sharing a body, and I’m trying to find a good wig for her from the multiple wigs I own. So far I like these two, but I still haven’t try a short dark green fur wig on her yet.

so ive just discovered this lovely girl (konatsu, pink drops #59) and im wondering who i need to kill to get her? i know shes fairly recent, im not sure if that decreases or increases her value and honestly im afraid to ask. she would be so perfect for the gyaru girl i have in mind. i would die for her, i would kill for her, i need her in my life.

It looks like she released earlier this year. From a cursory glance, I couldn’t find her on the usual sites. Your best bet would be to sign up for an alert on Mandarake and hope one becomes available in the future.

you’d have to get through me jk 😅, she’s actually my first AP doll ahh>< i saw her on mandarake a few months ago , i fell in love with her stock images exactly for the same reason that she gives off gyaru vibes, she’s so lovely i really hope you can find her

I vote for the blue one. the red is looking a little rough. She's adorable though!

For those who have the soft skin and able to stuff it... How do you guys put the filler in the thighs? I don't want to attempt it myself without knowing how.
