Have you considered the C5 bust? It's a little smaller than the E, but it's a nice compromise size that still fits into a lot of clothes.

I hadn't looked at it too closely but it's an interesting idea too! It's a bit smaller than I'd like, but at least it's not huge either. Thanks!

Is it hard making clothes for the big busted chest parts? I wanna start making clothes for my girls and I'm wondering how to go about this

Also, does anyone have any good tips/stores for finding clothes that will fit a C3 bust?

I'd look at AZO2 clothing first, and if that doesn't cover what you want, DD-sized clothing for S/M, but those pieces will run long in the sleeves and torso.

Much appreciated! The big issue I've been running into is because its a C3, the realistically saggy boobies are hard to dress 😆

Ever since I changed my girl's thighs (from type H to type C) she's been having issues sitting. Her thigh also falls off easily. Is there anything I can do to help this? Does she need a new skeleton? A new torso? A new anything? :'D

Firstly check to see if any of the excess vinyl of the thigh is caught between the connection point on and thigh itself and the point on the hip if so try to clear that path to ensure a complete connection between the two parts can be made this is usually the cause of this type of problem. Also check for cracking in the hip joint connection. K-2 actually did an excellent job explaining this and I personally used their explanation as reference when I first started.

C thighs require trimming the rod by a notch to the regular 48cm length if you swapped from H thighs.

If you have a 48cm Obitsu, you can compare the rod lengths yourself to verify that the ones for H are a notch longer.

I'll check it out, thanks!

How do I trim it? With a Dremel?

Update: Roku_Zymx/K-2's method seems to have worked, I cut the vinyl around that piece and her legs are much sturdier now! Thank you very much

You'll want to use a pvc pipe cutter to do this, which is good to know for future reference if you need to adjust the skeleton to fit different limb sizes.

While my suggestion ended up being irrelevant to the problem you had, if you find that there's a little gap close to the kneecap, that's the reason why.

Got it, thanks! I feel the length of her legs is fine but I'll look it over more carefully later.

Those are the materials I used to trim the 50cm skeleton for the legs of my AP girls. It was a mini saw, and some gardener shears. I mark first the length then I saw, and I then cut with the shears :)

I don't know. Are we sure trimming is needed?

I thought that only from VM50 to Obitsu48 it was necessary to trim down the legs due to the 2 cm height difference.

H and C thighs are both for 48 cm girls.

H thighs on the left C tatooed thighs on the right, and I've never trimmed her bones. (2nd to left si a VMF50 so it 2 cm taller).

After I cut around the joint my girl has been super sturdy so I don't think trimming is needed, I haven't noticed any issues with the length.

I personally didn't have to trim since I ended up using a pre-trimmed 48cm set of rods for my AP-C girl, but the girl who is still on H is on the rods that are 1 notch longer, per Tommy's diagram.

If nothing's off, I wouldn't touch it but am just relaying what the official info is on this from his blog. Unfortunately, the blog got taken down, so I no longer can access the article. The image is still alive though.

That was my case. I have never trim the skeleton for the thighs. I was just giving an example of the tools I used to trim the skeleton. The shins for my girls were to small when I used the 48/50cm skeleton. So there was a gap between the feet, the knee and the shin. So I had to cut about 2cm to make te feet sit correctly with the shin, and the knee and to have no gap and no rotating shin.

when I bought the skeleton to put together two of my AP girls body shells, I measure the skeleton from the legs from my AP girls I bought as a full set and the skeleton frame from the AP legs was shorter than the Obitsu 48/50cm skeleton frame so it needed to be adjusted to fit on the AP shell.

on the picture below you can see an example of the gap between the feet and the shin. I hope it makes sense why cutting was necessary

I got these from Haradolls on instagram! <3 They've been making and selling a few pairs, and they're made of resin. Can't keep her in them all the time, but they are great for photos. The artist is also sculpting some larger ones that will have some inclusions in the heels, so definitely check out their profile for more!

I'l be honest - you're going to have a hard time tracking one of those down. If you want something of that size, you're better off looking at a non-AP bust like an AZO2-G, Obitsu Large or Dollypop Large.

The G bust is shown here. It's a lot bigger than the one you're trying to look for. If you like it, I vaguely remember seeing it for sale on the marketplace here.

Got myself an Obitsu Large bust but I can't get it in :'D I think it might not fit

Edit: after heating it, it fits, but the torso is a bit squished in there. Less than ideal, but it'll do.

Finally! It has been ages since type-C shins (and other body parts) have been in stock on Quarantotto.biz! Tan shins were the last parts I needed to complete Nicki! They’re arriving Tuesday.

I think I should‘ve purchased a pair of heeled feet as well. They‘re still in stock.

The next Angel Philia doll I’m going to build will have the same body type (H torso/H thighs) with either an H3v2 or H5v1 bust and type-J head in Obitsu white, preferably already painted.
