Question for people who have Yoko and DDdyIII

How big of a difference is there between Yoko and the DDdyIII's lower torso pieces?

 

In the pictures the DDdyIII part looks somewhere between them, and since I know Yoko's chest works on the DDIII internal frame without the gaps, I'm planning on upgrading her to the new limb structure. If I get the new lower torso I can just buy a new DDdy bust piece and thus have an additional body.
