You would have had to show up VERY early, like 4-5 hours before the Akihabara store opened and then closer to the store opening time they would give out sequential numbers to people in the line (i.e. if you were 1st in line, you get #1, if you were 30th in line you'd get #30). Last year at Moe v.2's release, if you had a number greater than 250 you were probably not going to get a doll.
