JRuzzy Posted July 28, 2012 (edited) Hey Everyone! Jin got a lovely new dress today, I had this light embroidered cotton fabric on the shelf and knew exactly what i wanted to make for her. So here it is! I also knitted a little snood/scarf for her.. Even though it's not cold! Lol She's laid back and cool, feeling day-dreamy.... No I make my own patterns, I'm a fashion designer so it's no problem to make patterns for my dolls, Im lucky I suppose. The biggest thing is remember its the same as making human clothes! Then it doesn't seem so daunting because it's small lol Ivenoticed there went many patterns online, or if there are they are very specific, there aren't really any basic ones to use as a starting block, so I just make my own from scratch "In a small, small world where my hands are HUGE!!" Especially with commissions, it depends on what people want. Also sometimes it's hard to always be affordable for people, all my clothing is fully lined, hand finished, I don't use cheap fabrics and they take a long time to make. But yeah!
