Faceup Spa is located in Canada with the polar bears.

- I only work on Limited Dolls No 01-07 heads, with some occasional exception

- I won't take payment before faceups are finished

- I won't copy any of my own doll's faceups I can do the same style for a different sculpt

- I won't completely copy other people's faceups 100% 95% at best

- I accept reference pictures I would prefer these, rather than getting one word descriptions

- I don't treat stains Takes too much time, sorry

- Feel free to send wigs and eyes if you want to see it on your girl. Let me know, or I will think you forgot to take the eyes out before shipping the head to me and I will use my own.

- Limited to two heads per a commission slot

- All photos will be taken on a NS DD3 or DDS.

- Buyer pay for all taxes charged by Canadian customs. We have to pay tax here in Canada, normally for anything declared over $40. If you want to insure your package at full price and we get taxed, you will have to pay for the amount. I will provide proof from customs.

- Do not flip flop on me. Me showing you my progress shots and you making changes only to go back to what I have originally shown you. Either you stick with the original, or your changes. I am not Photoshop and me making changes take a lot of time. I have little patience for people who want me to back-step. In extreme cases, I will drop the commission and send the head back to you.

 

I can not alter a faceup after stage 2, when the head has been sealed and approved twice. Please understand that any changed will result in me cleaning off all the sealant/ paint and starting from scratch. Buyers will be charged extra (normally another $70) if this happens. Please make all changes BEFORE stage 2.

1. Drafting (Stage 1)- light, quick and messy draft

2. Editing- Fixing up anything the client is not happy with

• All changes are made at this stage. Once sealed, it is very hard to make any changes

3. Drafting (Stage 2)- Darkening eyeliners, cleaning up messy lines

4. Finalize- Blushing, sealing, gloss, and eyelashes (if needed).

5. Quick Photoshoot- Wig and eye test

6. Payment

7. Head get sent back to you

Note: To everyone who is commissioning me at the moment, I am in the middle of exams. My last exam will be on the 12th of December. I will try to finish all commissions and have them out before Christmas. I am so sorry for the delay. I did not expect this semester to be so time consuming.

 

Please do not contact me asking for updates because what I have here on the forum is the most updated information I have. As an apology, I will be putting in some free gifts with the girls on their journey home.
