Her biggest wish is to get a horse of her own. Her favorite color is blue and she likes to read happy books. She loves having lots of AG and DD sisters because there is always something fun to do and someone to talk to. She keeps insisting that since we have the doll room now that we have plenty of space for a horse. She also has a dog named Coconut. She is a reminder to me of who I was when I was 8. Autumn was a dream doll for me, she was the "special doll" I always dreamed about getting on Christmas when I was a kid. That's what Christmas was about for little girls in the 80s. I didn't discover AG until I was in high school when Raven's little sister (9 yrs younger) looked at one of the catalogs she had with me. I think she was shocked at how excited I was about them. I was finally able to get her many years after Raven and I were married, I think 2002 or 2003. I still felt like a little girl on Christmas being able to open her box. It is alright to do the individual posts like this isn't it? If not I can condense them all. SisterKyoya Posted January 12, 2013 Juliet Doll: Historical American Girl Josefina Juliet is a modern girl who loves everything Shakespeare. Her favorite subject is medieval Italy and spends a lot of time deciding on what her perfect room would look like, but it must have a balcony. She enjoys theater and is really excited about Naiomi working so hard to get one. This was really the doll that started it all for me. She belonged to my sister-in-law (when she was in grade school) after she was won from a local contest. It was the first AG I had the chance to really see and knew I really liked the dolls and wanted one of my own. A few years ago she was given to me when my sister-in-law no longer wanted her and thought I'd be able to appreciate her more. Even though I liked the AG, I never really had a strong like for Josefina. I was glad that she was kept int the family, for quite some time we had a really rocky association. I simply didn't know what to do with her. Eventually I realized that I could make her into a Shakespearean themed girl, based on Juliet, before Romeo barged in and wrecked her life. SisterKyoya Posted January 12, 2013 Agatha in her pajamas Loves anything cute, Gothic, and scary (as long as it is cute). Hates having her hair down because it makes her look too normal. Thinks everyday should be Halloween. Favorites include Nightmare Before Christmas, Ruby Gloom, black & white with any neon color, and gingerbread bats with lemon curd filling dyed red. Agatha is base (very loosely) on a drawing I did for a little Gothic girl. Originally I had debated on making her a Carpathia doll (Ana Ming) but didn't want to alter every pattern I had before I could make her clothes from them. Now that I've done a little with the DD faceups I have more confidence in redoing her face like I originally wanted to. I've tried asking him about where he came from and such but he seems to not remember anything of his past. I feel that there is more to him that meets the eye and that he has an interesting past if only he can recall it. For some reason he has been extremely drawn to my Mari (DD) and though he likes to tease her, is really quite protective of her and I suspect head over heels in love with her but he either doesn't realise that yet or is just keeping quiet about it for fear of scaring her away.
