Jun (DD Rise)

I decided to go with Jun as her name, as an homage to Jun Tachibana... a Volks resin doll I missed out on... Rise reminds me of the original Jun... which is awesome, I'd rather have the DD version XD

When I saw your post in new arrivals I thought that she was the Volks SDGr resin Jun until I looked closer. I spotted a Jun on ebay and followed one or two but they went for a small fortune, I really loved her head mould and agree that Rise looks quite similar, maybe thats why I want a Rise so badly.

 

I think your girl looks stunning with that wig and eye selection.

I really like what you've done with your Rise. I'm not really a fan of her resin styled face but changing out her eyes and wig have made a big difference here. Very nicely done!

Thank you! Yeah, I really wanted to use this wig on someone as their "default" but it was never quite right on anyone.... but man, isn't Jun the quintessential little anime Japanese school girl? LOL

Thank you so much! Yeah, She instantly reminded me of the Tachibanas when I put that black wig on her... and I've always wanted one, but have just never been able to keep big resin around!!

It's true, and another doll I've always pined after as well... now I just have to hunt down Jun Tachibana's default outfit, LOL

She looks great! I can easily understand not wanting to change the outfit, it looks fantastic on her. She looks like she has a lot of personality. It's always great to see customized girls on here, especially ones done so well.

Yes, although I was just at Gencon where I made her a t-shirt... so she got changed... then... she got fondled... and I have to say, I think she loved all the attention.
