Do you know him?

Hello there, I hope this is the right section to place this question.

I was discussing with this seller about my Beatrice, and we agreed on layaway paying my DD without problems. We were talking about some other items I'd like to take from him, and he doesn't reply to me anymore from the lunchtime of the 4th of May.

Well I know "why are you scared if he doesn't reply from only 2 days?" well, these are 3 days in Japan from my hour, and I saw that he placed 4 eBay auctions the 5th May. I wrote 4 or 5 times in these days, to his eBay mail (the only "official one" that I have) and to his PayPal's (that I hope is the same one).

I really would like to have Bea, and he's the only one that I found that has her for a decent price and that accepts to be paid in installments...

What may I do??

I'd say wait a few days, it's possible he just hasn't gotten time to reply to you yet. He might only have enough time to put up auctions, so don't worry yet! If he takes, say, 5 days to respond, send him another few emails. Have you paid anything yet? If you have, you can probably contact YJ directly about his lack of communication. If not, well, you haven't lost any money and other people do layaway so you can still get her! I'd say he is just being slow though, and not to worry too much. ^^

Look at the bright side - today is Saturday for those folks in Japan. If he doesn't work on Saturday, then there's a high chance that he would reply to your messages (hopefully you didn't send him more than three messages ).

 

There's a chance that he was busy near the end of the week (Thursday & Friday) and couldn't reply to your messages. I say - give him two more days. If he doesn't reply by then, then something fishy is up. Let us know if he doesn't reply after two days. If you have already paid him one installment, I suggest you talk to YJ too.

Look at his feeds: he have currently received plenty of good comments, just 2 bad feedbacks (but a japanese seller on Y!Japan is bad when he have more than 5 bad feeds). I think you can trust him^^
