Help me find a body for Resinya Sasara

Recommended Posts

Cauldroness

Junkyspot says she matches the Obitsu White Skintone Color, which will give you a ton of options -- soft vs. hard bust, large vs. medium vs. small bust, and 21cm vs 23cm vs 25cm vs 27cm for sizes.

On the AmiAmi link she's actually shown on an Obitsu body (I recognize the hands), not a Picco Neemo body.

So white for sure and not the peachy color they have?

I'd probably go for large soft bust since those don't look as weird and have the odd muffintop waists.

Obitsu White is the same color as Dollfie Dream Normal -- it is a nice, peachy color. It's really not white at all.

Fleshtone is quite dark and orange-y, almost kind of like a strange tan.

Compare your Sasara head to a normal Dollfie Dream. Does she match? Obitsu White. Is she a LOT darker? Obitsu Fleshtone.

If you don't like the weird muffin-top, I'd recommend looking for "Soft Bust 2 Part" style bodies. Junkyspot doesn't show them at the top of the 27cm page, but you'll see them if you scroll down. All of the 25cm bodies also have the 2-part construction. They have a joint under the breast, just like a DDdy body does. I have several of these in the 27cm size and they're my favorites.

I know about that one. I own a few obitsu body dolls, so I'm well aware.

Ah, I assumed you might not have any since you asked for a color match. Sorry about that.

As far as I'm aware, the only Obitsu colors are (20-27cm range):

+ white (DD normal)

+ fleshtone (darker, orange-y)

+ clear (clear)

+ black (metallic dark grey)

+ marrone brown (limited edition - olive brown tan)

+ coconut (limited edition - dark, warm brown)

So I'm not totally sure what you meant by the "the peachy color" -- I could only assume it was white or fleshtone. If fleshtone was a better match, Junkyspot would have definitely said so, so white for sure.

2m5nl2r.jpg I guess white is the closest, but her neck looks really long.

Her head looks smaller than a normal Obitsu head. I wonder if she'd look better on a 25, 23, or 21?

(If the color bothers you, you can "tone" a hard bust to be a better match. I've done it for a few of my Pullips.)

That's cute! I think the long neck looks fine.

I'm pretty dumm and I didn't know it was possible to remove the head from that bust. :x

It's a feature mentioned on websites and the box. It's very easy to remove from the base, you just pull it up.
