Confession time.

I hugh them a lot because I got that feeling that I need to have them near. I like hugging and cuddling with them but rarely take them out my room because I would feel weird showing sensitive in front of my family.

I don't usually cuddle them or hug them but I do talk to them a lot.

After looking through the last two pages I decided to give it a try and hug my MDD Al Azif for a nap. And, boy oh boy, did I regret it. I woke up with a sore chest, and Al woke up with a frizzy wig and her leg popped out of place. Not going to try that again anytime soon >

Its why Kud doesn't get to do that. But Feena does sometimes, her wig is ratty anyway, so it doesn't matter if she wakes up with bed head xD

Tamayuki is notorious for bead head, even when he had been sleeping in his own bed. He giggles a lot when I pick him up, look at him, and with mild exasperation say, "Tamayuki, you and your silly hair!" Sometimes I tell him that he needs to teach 'Clippie' to behave so I don't keep having to fix his hair so much. Within the last month he has managed to get one hair to sick up off the top of his head making it look like a really thin cowlick. It cracks me up so much I haven't fixed it. His hair definitely has a mind of it's own.

I occasionally pat her on the head, kiss her on the head, bid her a good morning or good night.

No, I've never hugged or cuddled a DD. They aren't really that soft, and I'd be annoyed if I knocked a wig off in the process.

I've hugged my girl a couple of times too. XD

Same here. I'm too afraid of hugging, though.

I'm too scared to touch my DDs for fear of breaking them... >< .

I talk to my girl sometimes, stroke her hair (it's so soft!) and hug her sometimes. C:

I don't cuddle my dolls at all. Cuddles in my house are for hubby, the cats or my plushies.

 

Dolls are inflexible, hard, awkward shape and size and breakable. I'd much rather cuddle something soft which cuddles me back.

I do. I hug her and something I carry her like if she was a little baby. Maybe because she is without her wig most of the time. I'm so scared her wig is going to stain her. She already have two stain one on her butt and on on her knee. I'm trying to figure out how that happen she got stain when she was a day old and was completely nude.

 

I also talk to her sometimes not all the time but most of the time. I think her puppy eyes are the one that made me treat her like a real child.

Yeeeah..."cuddle"...

No it would mess up their clothes and hair. Posing and playing is great, though.

No hugging for my girls as I don't want to damage them or their clothing. They stay nice and safe in their display case and away from my mischievous cats who would love to "hug" (and bite) them.

I wouldn't cuddle with them, but I do like to place them near me and sometimes stroke their hair into tidiness.

When I get them dressed up and ready for display or photos, I just can't help but hug them and tell them how insanely cute they are.

 

I have no problem with getting really baby talk-y and huggy around dolls and pets

Guilty as charged on all counts. The girls usually get a hug and kiss before work. I occasionally take one downstairs to watch tv with me and stroke her hair too. I usually don't talk to them aside from the odd rhetorical statement. or "Be good while I'm away."

 

I've never done that with anything else. There is just something about DD's that make them seem more "real" than other dolls. (My opinion.)

I've found myself enjoying just having my girls sit with my while I'm messing around on my laptop. It's comforting to have something there besides empty space.

........Yea I do admit to hugging my girls and pat them on the head regularly.

They always hang my lap top so they sit beside me while I messing around

I can't help it they there's something special about them.

yes i huggle and cuddle, pat them on the head. and haruka sleeps with me sometimes
