Dolly: "...And then the snowflakes can chase after the gingerbread men. After that the soldiers defend the cookie guys against the the snowballs and the pack of mice and it turns into an epic battle! Yah! Then they can make all sorts of weapons out of candy canes, and then that sugarplum lady comes in, but she's not some stupid fairy. She's a commando who rushes in with her army of sniper angels! That would be awesome!"

 

Naiomi: "What about Drosselmeyer?"

 

Dolly: "Oh, that guy? Isn't he an evil wizard or something? He would... I know! He would be secretly working for the girl's brother, Hans, to steal the crown..."

 

Naiomi: "I think you mean Fritz."

 

Dolly: "To make himself king instead of Clorox..."

 

Naiomi: "Clara."

 

Dolly: "But he doesn't know it's a cursed crown..."

It would be Queen Clorox since this is Dolly's version of The Nutcracker, hence the reason it makes no sense. I had to post the pic though because Naiomi looks absolutely adorable.

If this is Dollie's version, it could still very well be king Clorox... I wouldn't put ANYTHING past him. Only problem, not nearly enough explosions for a Dollie story. NEEDS MOAR DYNAMITE!!!! (and maybe the mice are really dinosaurs?)

There may not be explosions but there are sharp pointy things to run with! Come to think of it, I'm really surprised that he paid attention long enough to at least have a partial clue... Maybe he watched it with Rainie.

 

Naiomi was rather amused by the whole thing, and I wouldn't put it past her to take him seriously and write the play for it. She keeps quietly pointing out that she needs a full stage for her productions. At the rate she's going it won't take long to compile a troop of actors, stage crew, makeup and costuming departments... She may be the most costly DD yet.

D'aw! So cute! Dolly's so goofy, but I love how Naiomi seemed to be enjoying herself. Dolly's strange story-telling or not, it's still a nice sentimental photo.

I could see her going with it. I think she'd take any excuse to to get something of hers performed. And at least it would be a fairly original take on the story. Actually, now I'm pretty curious as to what her, Dolly, and Tamayuki would put together. If nothing else, it would definitely be interesting.
