archangeli Posted September 6, 2012 Annalise had a very busy, jet-setting few days over the last weekend! I travel quite a bit with my job and it's really awesome because I get to meet up with other DD owners all over the place. It's a joke with my friends that wherever I travel to, doll meets just happen. I'm usually only around for a short time, so I have to thank my awesome friends who make such an effort to come out and hang out! On Saturday morning Annalise went out for breakfast with some Dollfie Dream owner friends in Vancouver, Canada. After stuffing our faces with tasty food, we went out for a few photos. Here she is with LightningSabre's MEIKO, puppy52's Saya and Kentaro's Cirno at the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Cauldron. On Monday evening, she was in London, UK to have drinks with GabrielVH, Jezatron, Pink_Blaise and JRuzzy's girls! You can read more about Annalise's busy weekend on my blog, but all this traveling isn't without hazards. To make Annalise fit in my carry-on suitcase, I took her apart at the waist and transported her in 2 pieces. Somehow in this process, I left her skirt at home! >__<" Luckily a friend came to the rescue and brought some jeans for her to wear! They are much more stylish than my backup plan of making her a sarong with a bar napkin >__<" (Oh, and the title of this post is in reference to a joke the Vancouver BJD community has. They refer to their meetups as "doll meats" because of a hilarious typo someone once made. It has stuck and I think it's quite funny - mmmm look at all the sexy meat!) If anyone has a white-skinned DD and a Kanu or Sanjie we could have dark meat and white meat too! The title is so funny! The girls are all so cute! They look like they had fun. I've only ever been to Canada... and while it was fun, I'd love to go elsewhere someday! It looks like Annalise had quite the excellent time, and those jeans look GREAT on her!
