Volks News 50

I keep finding myself drifting back and looking at Miko's pics.

 

Innocentsake already has me hooked on the 06 and Dddy combo with her lovely Momoko. So Volks making this combo more easily available makes her ohhhhhhhh so tempting.

 

Aww you're so sweet DA! I'm so happy that Momoko has won you over into the realm of 06 Head x Dynamite Body I do hope you'll be able to get Miko for your DD family! I'll be excited to see what name and style she is given once she is in your hands

You are very welcome Innocentsake! ^_^ I can't deny it I absolutely adore your Momoko, she so sweet and beautiful.

 

Because of Momoko I really can't resist this temptation Volks is giving me by doing the release of Miko. Plus I think I should be able to pull it off and purchase her. Especally since Miko more than likely will not be released in the US until the beginning of 2013. So plenty of time to start saving for her.

Although I did finally find a MDD-body for my floating head just the other week. I'm over the moon about Rena! I always wanted a MDD couple, so this is my perfect excuse to buy another doll!

And they will release her in perfect timing for my birthday! (birthday is one day before the realease! )

oh... i though i'm safe till Aoko release....guess i might try my luck to get a MDD.

I highly encourage the acquisition of more MDD!

 

Sure the DD are impressive, but so far Volk's pictures of MDD don't do the darlings any justice. Not one moment have I regretted getting an MDD first, Tamayuki can pull off the cuteness overload in a way that my husband's Yuriko just can't (although she does try.) I am very happy that they will have an MDD character doll so more people will be inclined to buy them, plus Rena is so cute!

Poor wallet-kun will be hurting

I received a copy of Volks News 50 (and two older issues as gifts) when I signed up for the VS membership at the store this evening.

 

To add to the news in this thread and potential wallet temptations, there are going to be new bust pieces released for general sale soon. Like most things in the issue there wasn't a specific release date, but I'm suspecting the DD Gathering on Oct 20. Coming soon:

 

DD3 S Bust

DD3 L Bust

DD3 L Shapely Bust

DDdy Shapely Bust

DDS S Bust

DDS L Bust

DDS L Shapely Bust

MDD M Bust

MDD L Bust (?!)

 

All DD3 and DDS parts will be in both normal and white skin versions, while DDdy and MDD will be normal skin only.

 

Also, for those interested in how the Head-05 makeup version and the Head-06 Magical Ruby makeup version will be released, they are through a Volks News 50 lottery open to VS members. Volks USA may or may not run a similar lottery in the future when News 50 is available to buy in the USA shop.

Thanks for the info! This does somewhat explain the page of boobs. But what I wonder is how this is any different than what they already have? Even the MDD L bust is listed on the Volks USA site and has been since I got Tamayuki 6+ months ago. So do the new busts pertain to the version 3 of the dolls? That's all I can think of because otherwise it seems a bit redundant.

They're going to be MDDIII bust pieces. They'll fit the new body system a little better.

Those kimono sets should be coming out for the DD Gathering also. Lots of neat pictures in Volks News 50!

looks like every time I spend more than one week outside the forum Volks decide to announce a ton of things I want!

 

I am very excited about all the possibilitys.... but my wallet is is looking very menacing to me every time I enter Volks site...
