I can say that it really confused me that the sender's name was 'system' but the email subject mentioned Volks' store. I'm pretty sure my husband noticed the email before I did because I look at the sender's name first and I ignored it because it didn't say Volks. Misuka Posted October 28, 2013 I nearly had a heart attack from the email saying "Nov 25" which since I was tired I accidentally read as "Oct 25" and thought I missed the window to pay. I haven't received a receipt email yet because paypal says that Volks has to 'process' my payment first, but the paypal website says my payment has been completed. Even as much as I've grouched about a few things during the process, I'm glad that now I can just wait and be happy. Once they get here I'm going to be bouncing off the walls, but the long wait has at least given me some time where my emotions are stable and able to work on other things instead of it being nearly instantaneous and throwing everything into chaos for me. I wish I could just make up my mind if I want to put Kos-Mos in her default just for pictures, or skip it entirely and not having to worry about the possibility of staining.
