Woo I have my shipping notice too!! I hope the customs charge doesn't completely wipe out my savings. Hopefully I can get a decent price for this little lady when she comes home too.

I got my shipping notice today too for Kos-Mos!

 

There's no info with the tracking number but at least I have one now.

It's probably related to the day you paid. I paid the first day and have had it ship, but I think I was recorded as purchasing on 12/2.

 

edit: but it might be the guns.

My friend ordered a gun and her's hasn't shipped either.

I thought maybe it could be the guns too, but I paid on Nov 1. If not by pay date then wish I would've waited to pay today since $1 is over a 100yen atm. Ah well what's $20+ saved on a $1300+ doll purchase.

Oh, so the exchange rate is that good now, eh. Looks like my bank charged me 97.6 yen/$. Not too far off since the exchange-stated pricing doesn't incorporate any fees or whatever.

 

To add to the stats, I ordered two guns and have no shipping notice.

I'll toss in here as well. I pre-ordered the first day, paid in full last weekend. The email said it takes up to 7 business days to ship out (I also ordered through volk International). Ordered both KOS-MOS and MOMO along with 2 (yes 2) Guns. Hope to hear something soonish.

Just to let ppl know for what it's worth, I preordered both dolls and 2 guns on the 12th January and paid on the 1st November. No shipping notice for me yet :/

Ah thanks It seems that they shipe out all single dolls first? (I ordered Momo and Kosmos and no Guns, so the guns can't be the reason in my case And I paid on the first day @_@)

Yes, I would agree, it seems the ones shipped so far are all one doll and no guns. Perhaps they are sorting based on box size.

I ordered Kos-Mos and one gun and she shipped last night too. *Shrugs* But then again I think I ordered her right after her order period opened, and I paid for her right away.

hmm.. I put in my order the day before closure date for Kosmos and one hand vulcan, paid immediately, and my lady is already on its way here.

 

In other news.. a blogger connected to doll.fm posted pictures of the Kos-mos default, and accessories, and it looks like its going to be a very frustrating afternoon putting Kosmos together for her default gear.

 

Based on the included pictures of the multi page assembly manual Im not really convinced about longevity with the parts, and possible breakage while assembly.

 

but will have to see when she gets here... if she gets here. heh.

Good grief! And I thought the instructions for Lily and Extra were crazy! Those instructions for KOS are just nuts! I can see MANY people who don't read Japanese spending a few hours putting their girls together.
