Xenosaga III x DD

I still haven't played the games, but immediately after ordering her, I watched the anime all the way through. Ever since I've been thinking "yeah, she's super cute, but she REALLY would be cuter as an MDD" I'm still debating putting her on an MDD body eventually, but I love her outfit too much to do that at the moment.

I was thinking more of this little angel. I don't think DDS Momo's head would quite match her child like proportions.

I've seen some owner photos of KOS-MOS... hm... Is it just me or she looks a lot more male then female with anything else other then her default outfit?

I think it's her eyebrows (they make her look grouchy) and the near non-existent lip color. I can't wait to see what her blank sculpt looks like.

Oh my! Thanks to the both of you. I didn't think anyone paid much attention to what I did with my faceups. Especially because I've done more boys than girls. I often still think about the really bad ones I've done.

 

But for Kos-Mos, I'm really looking forward to blushing her her face, and those lips are going to be fun. I can't say how excited I am to see how she turns out. Her default faceup looks like it should for the character, but rather boring compared to a lot of other DD. It shouldn't be hard to make her look happy either. The default just makes her look really sad to me.

 

Lots of pictures? That's not going to be a problem. I figured that since Kos-Mos & Momo are not standard girls that pic spam would be ok on my Flickr account. Normally I try to keep the amount of same looking pics to a minimum and I reduce the image size by 50% or 25%. For the new pics of the Xenosaga girls I was going to upload the full sized images after I do my normal color & lighting corrections (usually to take the yellow & gray cast out.) I'll post plenty of them here so people can see, but not every last one I upload. I'm definitely going to get a ton of shots of the blank sculpt. I'd be nuts to wait this long and pass up that chance, that would just be stupid.

Your customs really suck. The customs here are fast for EMS. If they don't believe the declaration they send me an invoice request the same day, or I can call on the day the item makes it to my city and check if they need proof, which usually means I need to fax them the invoice. Of course sometimes they misread the declared value and add an extra zero or use some dodgy conversion factor, then the customs charge becomes astronomical. Still usually EMS customs clearance is less than one day, if the paperwork is OK, and somehow Volks always has the paperwork just right. I even ask third party shopping services to declare items using the same customs tariff code Volks use. Once cleared delivery is the same or the following day depending on when the clearance occurred - early morning or afternoon.

KOS-MOS is out for delivery.

 

edit: they're claiming I waived signature at delivery...

There's not been a mail delivery today...

My Kos never updated after she reached customs, but suddenly she showed up today! Off to do a box opening...
