finnleo Posted November 24, 2013 One last funny-bones getup shot before moving towards the original concept outfit... kosmos003 And then clearing out half a ikea glass cabinet to condemn her into.. hrmm. Final Assembly EDIT: Well, didnt break any records, and it took me the best part of 4-5 hours to put together, partially because I opted to wash the stockings, eventhough I wasnt really worried about staining the body... wasnt a bad choise afterall I suppose considering how much ink was dispatched. kosmos004 Overall my final verdict is quite a bit of mixed feelings. Putting the outfit together, and pretty much trying to tear my hair out while doing so wasnt really pleasing as an experience after nearly a years wait. Breaking stuff, for instance one of the locating pegs on the exchangable headgear plate by just dropping it from less than a foots height, and the plastic band on the right foot, was adding insult to injury during the near two hours it took to sort the headgear, and the wig out. There are some iffish details, like how you can still see the clear bands of the garter belt, and knickers from the sides, and the hand accessories are more or less all over the place due to being quite a loose fit. But still... Now standing there all kitted out, after all the grief she still manages to impress. Even the head sculpt despite initial feelings of it beeing just a tweaked Haruka Niimi started to grow on me, and im sort of sad she wont be, due to the frustrating equipment be coming out of the dsiplay cabinet for awhile. Now all she needs is an Aegis to spar with...

Ricochet Posted November 24, 2013 Glad to see many KosMos and Momos returning to their homes on this thread. They are really brutal to the wallet, right down to their ransom, that I absolutely agree. Anyway, for anyone wanting to change Kos-Mos wig but can't find a good maker that makes nice wigs in Kos-Mos size, maybe try this fix that I've posted earlier. viewtopic.php?f=21&t=8865&p=132160#p132160 My Kos-Mos looks tons better after a partial head transplant, even huge Leeke 8-9 wigs fit her fine now. Shallow forehead be gone!

youth Posted November 25, 2013 Pretty sure it suppose to be this way but that piece that connects the dress straps to the choker part & armor comes apart right? During my assembly it separated in two parts & I thought I broke it but it kind a holds together if you push it back on though seemingly held only by tension so any movement would have it come apart again. One of my nitpicks if it's suppose to be this way. The others are one of the toe armor parts not fitting well because it has to push against the the kinda thick leg cover. Also they could've designed the way her arm armor bits are held better like maybe knit more material around the area so there's a better grip. Btw I only found one hand to be a loose in the rotational movement while the other very tight in the wrist. All other parts seem to have good friction in joints. finnleo Posted November 25, 2013 im surprised her head gear fits. with my kosmos its a really tight fit. and her head is smaller then rise Could be variations in production, mine's actually frustratingly loose if I run the band underneath the hair, and it continiously wants to slip down, even if its all aligned acriss her head. wow, this are the better sculpts I see on volks good angle shots. Thank you very many. Personally I still think she's more or less a restyled Haruka Niimi, but I suppose there's nothing really wrong with that in the end.. heh. Screaming Angel Posted November 25, 2013 Momo is adorable! If I could give a name to the color of her hair it would be lavender cotton candy because it is a cotton candy pink with just the slightest purple tint to it. Definitely unique. She has already glommed onto Rainie & Yuriko. It never occurred to me that Sohi (Momo) and Rainie would have similar personality types until Raven mentioned it. More liveliness added to the household. Just for clarification, her name is pronounced sew-he, not sew-high like it might look like. It's going to be a bit of a running gag in our house that everyone thinks she's saying Sophie, not Sohi. ~Sister Kyoya Ironically my M.O.M.O. arrived on Saturday and I decided to name her Sophie hehe! I love the pictures of your Kosmo, she looks gorgeous out of armour!
SisterKyoya Posted November 25, 2013 Thank you very much! Raven finally had a chance to get pictures of Miss Lottie & Sohi, and Sohi & Yuriko done today so those might be getting posted soon. Miss Lottie is standing next to me on my desk and I can't help but stare at her. Even though she's in the wrong wig, I still find her utterly adorable in all pastels, but especially the pink. The thing I think is funniest is how differently Tamayuki is reacting to Miss Lottie & Sohi. He just loves Lottie to pieces, but Sohi really freaks him out. I think it has to do with their drastic personality differences. Lottie is very quiet and reserved while Sohi is loud, rambunctious, thinks that she is everyone's new instant best friend, and did I mention loud? *imagines Sohi running/stomping around the house with her heavy shoes making a horrible ruckus* Does anyone know why Momo came with the fist hands instead of any other type? Sohi looks like her favorite sport is fisticuffs, and she's ready to start a round at any moment... It kinda freaks me out... ~Sister Kyoya Forum Blog: Badger Pocket Tales (Family story from the beginning) | { Old Family story reboot: Start Here! } Follow me on Twitter, Flickr & Instagram

gaiaswill Posted November 26, 2013 If that's the case, maybe make the message more brief as well then. Using "nice language" adds no practical content but makes the message longer and especially harder for a non-native speaker to parse and understand. Just state who you are, your order info, what the problem is and what you want from them.
Jezrah Posted November 26, 2013 That is largely what I did. I used a few short, concise sentences. But I phrased it more as a question than a complaint.
