I can't wait to see how this turns out. I don't think I'll actually have funds for them (I wish), but it's exciting nonetheless and I'm super eager to see their DD forms!

I am disappointed that they skipped T-ELOS. It would have been great to get another tan girl, but I guess Volks didn't want to go back to that yet...oTL;

What I don't understand is the reservation process. Google translate didn't help me much.

You will be able to preorder the girls at the Volks web store when the order period opens. VS/VIP Members also have the option of ordering in a physical store if they want to.

I honestly can't imagine kos-mos wearing different clothes that much.

I knew I'd be getting both no matter who they were, though I am surprised it's Momo instead of Shion or T-ELOS. But Momo is so cute, how could I mind having a DD of her!

I know the teaser logo is episode III and all... but was really hoping MOMO would have been Episode I version. She would have been the most adorable lil MDD (and you know... occasional double for Sakura-chan the CardCaptor.... just sayin)

Sounds like these are going to be pre-orders, so I doubt they'll go quite that high. Original Saber and Saber Lily were lottery dolls, so there's less of them to go around. They will, however, go up in price. DDs always do. It just is yet to be known how popular they'll be. It really depends on how good the head molds are.

Lily's and Blue's retail was around 95k yen (edit corrected price after check), so far the only model to come close has been Nanoha and Fate, at around 80k with less trinkets if I recall correct (Edit, 72k for Nanoha, and 78 for fate), and Kosmos 4.0 is a very accessory heavy design, so there's bound to be a large pricetag attached.

MOMO should be rather reasonable in price. Probably in the 59k range. There's nothing that special about her.

 

KOS-MOS is going to be over 80k for sure, even with the fact that they're selling a lot of weapons separate according to the JP site. Her outfit's rather complicated.

I don't think it's more complicated than, say, dress of Saber Extra.

And probably many parts may be made from plastic and that's significantly cheaper and faster than sewing a dress with gold embroidery, epaulets and such.

Well, there are lot of parts to be molded. Think Saber's armor. OTOH, the "dress" is much simpler and skimpier than Saber's
