I'll take it easy and wait till Volks USA opens their preorder page. So awesome I won't have to go through the stressful waits to see if I won the lottery like with Cirno.

I want momo so bad TuT;; will Prolly do a split for her if I decide to get her if anyone is interested in her clothes wig and probably eyes!

 

Woops! should've been more specific. I'm waiting on Momo being available as she was my favorite character in the game. Plus with the added bonus that the US volks store will carry her too.

Preorder opens on VolksUSA, with MOMO priced at $811. There's also a down payment option. There's also a closer pic of Momo. She's very cute.

My heart didn't skipped either, but I think that she's somehow like Sakura... so and so in their promo pics but extremely cute in person.

Just preordered Momo Those last pictures of her are sooo cute! *_* I am not totally sold on her wig... but that's nothing to really complain about, I can always change it

I'm not too convinced with her close up shots): I hope they release some out of default pictures soon!

Just put in a pre-order for MOMO. This is my first time pre-ordering something.

 

This picture with the blue eyes has totally made my heart melt. I LOVE her facial sculpt! She is so stunning and gorgeous!!

 

But I am torn to do the pre-order or not. Because when it comes down to it I am only interested in that gorgeous face, eyes, and body. So not sure paying that price that includes several items I'm not interested in would be worth it even if I could find a buyer for those parts. :-/ I may just hold off to join a potential split for the items I want. At least I have plenty of time to decide for sure while the pre-order period is going on.

 

And oddly enough M.O.M.O is doing nothing for me. She is cute, but she didn't make my heart skip a beat like when I seen the pics of Kos-Mos.

I've seen several people that aren't satisfied with her sculpt that were interested in KOS-MOS so there's probably going to be a market for the outfit.

I'm still in a bit of shock from ordering both girls last night. It wasn't until this morning that I realized Kos-Mos will be my first real DD (not an MDD or DDS). Sooo excited but such a long wait! Plenty of time to prepare for her, figure out how she fits into our family, and think of a better name. Raven is getting Momo because I told him if she was mine I'd change her significantly. He was not happy with that idea, and Yuriko has been adamantly asking for another cute girl in the family who was not another sister.

Congrats to everyone who is going for one or both of these girls. It's nice to see lots of interest in them. And it's SUPER nice to see that Volks learned from their Saber mistakes by limiting these girls to one per person. THAT was a very smart move.

 

I like MOMO way better than KOSMOS due to the faces. KOSMOS is way too different for my tastes and altho MOMO is quite cute, I like her outfit more than her overall character or face. So I won't be going for either of these girls.

 

But I may try for the KOSMOS armor if people are looking to sell off from a split. This will all depend on what kind of cash people want for that set tho. I'm for sure not gonna pay $500 for it.

Ah, that is what is keeping me back from pre-ordering her, I love her face but I do not have a need for the armor, wig, hands, etc....I just don't wanna pay a high price for a bare doll when I can get a complete one for the same price or even cheaper. If anyone don't want the head and body (I may like a pair of eyes the blue preferably haha) we can work something out .

With Volks USA opening their preorders for Momo I went ahead and threw down the plastic for her. And here I thought Cirno would be my one and only..... damn it Volks!

Super excited but kind of freaked out that M.O.M.O is ordered. Almost a year is a LONG time to try to remember to save out, plus a very long time to wait. I'm just hoping there a re no significant delays, don't know that I could handle that... I'm glad that SK is able to get Kos-Mos, but she's definitely not one I would have picked up for myself. MOMO, however is just way too adorable to pass up. She will be my very first character doll, too! I am thinking of swapping out the eyes, however. I know Yuriko will be super happy to have a new friend, she has been quietly insisting, for some time, that I needed to bring another cute girl home.

Well, I've decided to hold off on ordering Kos-Mos right away. I'm still pretty sure I'll be getting her, but I'm going to wait until the end of the ordering period just in case anything comes up that makes me change my mind.

 

On another note, I wonder if Volks will do T-Elos and maybe Shion DDs after they've shipped Kos-Mos and Momo? I really think I'd like T-Elos as a DD more than I like Kos-Mos as a DD (I felt that way about their Figmas too). I know that T-Elos would be an absolute must-have for me since I absolutely love her outfit, and she's got more "kick" to her than Kos-Mos so she'll probably look deliciously evil.

 

I'm so scared that I'll plunk the money down on Kos-Mos (whose sculpt I don't love but whose armour is cool), and then Volks will release a T-Elos and I'll fall in love with her and not be able to afford her. >.<

I love KOS-MOS!! She is so beautiful and mature looking!! I find it really interesting though - for those who don't really like her sculpt want to get her for her armour and for those who like her sculpt only want her for her head and body and don't want her armour xD.

 

I'm much in the latter group like a couple people who posted xD. Maybe we should do a mass split order so people who want the armour only can get the armour while those who just want her sculpt can get her sculpt? . (hinthint interested in a split partner who wants the armour lol!)

 

Though...funny enough this release reminded me of Rise's release . At first only a couple people loved her and now she's one of the most wanted DDs. KOS MOS is a little different because she's a preorder but it's just interesting to look at the similarities with the posts xD.

 

And I can't wait to see what people do with their MOMOs! If she was WS (wishful thinking haha) I would have ordered her xD. She looks like she'll be very versatile with that adorable face!

I know I definitely love her face/eyes, but don't really care about her outfit/accessories/wig at all. It seems like there are going to be a lot of splits for her.

Just remember that you can cancel before the 20th 15th. One would think they took into account how easy it is.

I have been rather entertained over this very fact. Was it like this for another limited or preorder girls? And in addition to that, in the beginning everyone seemed to have high expectations for Kos-Mos and very blah about Momo from the promo illustrations. I was surprised at how many definite "will not buy" people there were once Kos-Mos' DD photos were posted and now everyone seems to be fawning all over Momo.

 

I also happen to be in the group who are not a fan of Alna's sculpt but I adore Kos-Mos. I thought I'd never like a DD with a 'big nose', but it wouldn't be the first time I was wrong.

 

Darn, now I have to change my sig again... Life as a DD owner is hard...
