for me dannychoo introduced me to this i just saw his aoi one day and went out of my way looking for more. couldnt find it. 5 years later i found another post of him about his saber and a workable link. thats begin of this year. and i started fro m there. bought 3 already (my poor wallet)

I am sure this comes from the eternal Xenosaga fangirl deep within me, but I feel that KOS-MOS will be *very* popular. Especially if they do justice to her mold and considering how amazingly well Volks did with the 1/4 scale resin figure out a couple of years back that was insane, I have very high hopes. Here it is:

 

 

As far as the weapons go, YES PLEASE! I want every one of them. They look amazing! It seems that they are paying very close attention to the details. I am very excited.

 

I am a gamer, mainly RPG, and I see how many Xenosaga fans are still around after all this time. Read gaming forums and you find fans clamoring today for the original trilogy to be released on PS3 (*begs Namco Bandai for this*). I had hopes that the DD x Xenosaga project might bring some hope of something. So you never know.

 

I don't think a year has gone by without the well-received release of Xenosaga figures in the decade+, so I think KOS-MOS as a DD will do very well. Considering how cute a character M.O.M.O. is already and the fact that she is also being released in the US, I think she will also sell if she is a good mold. Pink hair and gold eyes with an awesome fashion is a good combination for anyone even if they aren't fans of the series.

 

Anyway, I am a fangirl. But I think there are more of us than people know.

Am I the only one, though excited to be seeing weapons, think it is cruel that they are showing them off before even letting us see either of them? What a way to tease, Volks.

Nah, I don't think so, since this way the weapons get their own time to shine and be critically admired. If the dolls came at the same time, then the crafting that went into the weapons might be overlooked in the hype. So to me I can understand why we get the weapons first.

 

I'm glad they're being sold separately, like the Touhou Accessories were. That way you don't necessarily have to afford both dolls at the same time in order to get some cool new armaments.

Oh, I wasn't even thinking about MOMO, but that'd be fantastic if they gave her bow!

 

I already know that there is no way I can take both of these girls home, especially cause I'm gonna go for everything for KOS-MOS, but maybe if I can, and if they offer it, I'll snag MOMO's bow too.

 

Buuuut, I can use the delay cause I still don't have the full amount that I plan to spend on accessories, so Volks, keep delaying! XD /ramble

Oh, from that perspective I completely agree. I've always been big on checking every detail though, especially when I'm throwing so much cash at it, so it honestly never crossed my mind I would need a chance to look at one so I don't miss the other, but that's just me. XD I'm obsessive when I know I'll be dropping a lot of money.

I was worried about getting KOSMOS but losing the accessories but then I remembered it's a preorder

Need to save up some money for all her things.

But the pictures of KOS-MOS weapon made me even more excited about her! Volks give us pictures now!
