Her Grace reminded the entire household we live in a region famous for autumn foliage, so a submission is a must! (did I cut too big? My default template is set for height450)

Themes are just suggestions, there is no requirement that they be followed.

I think I missed the November party! But just in case, Ayune has some autumn and winter themes:

Sorry I've been behind on this, so I'm calling this one for December / January. Please add a note for which month your image is for. I'd like to get December up by mid month, but if anyone is doing something Hanukkah themed then I can put it up immediately.

New Year's

For those in Japan there are shrine visits, Otoshidama, New Year's Mochi, and the first sunrise of the year. 

Winter cheer, we got that!

That’s my bad, I had a lot of distractions in January. People are always welcome to submit images. The calls for submission are really just encouragement to go out and photograph.
