Your favourite DD Head?

I'm not the most well-versed in DD heads, but I like the 07. I wanted the 06 initially but I've seen more variety in looks/faceup styles for the 07 so I decided to get it as my first DD head.

 

I disliked 03 pretty intensely at first, but it grew on me so much that I'm hoping DD Yukino would be my first full set xD

My Favourite DD head will be DDH-07 as it has most of the criteria that I am looking for in a anime head, especially the sharp pointed chin look. =)

 

It is also versatile and its look can be changed depending on the type of face up. (angry, sad etc.)

I absolutely cannot stand the 04 head. I've never seen a custom or mod of the 04 that I like and she's just horrible unattractive to me.

 

I'm glad to see I'm not alone in this view. I have all heads but the 04 and 08; I've never seen an 04 done in a way that makes it look nice to me. Something about its mouth and... cheeks? Just makes it look like a real brat. I know faceup/eyes/wigs can change heads a lot (particularly evidenced by the 05) but I've just never seen an 04 done in a way I can stand.

 

My favourite overall is probably the 06, though I am also quite fond of the 07 and 09. Both lovely mature heads. I browse YJA customs pretty much every day, and it's rare to see an 06-7-9 done badly. Though some over the top makeup can ruin any face, really.

My favorite Heads are the one of Kotori/Sayaka and the DDH-09 so far =D

Hmm I'd have to say that my absolute favorite is the Beatrice head, I like her eyes and the form of her nose

That's why I couldn't resist and even got twins of her xD

Favorite LE: This is a difficult one. If you're talking about the ones from shows I have seen, probably Ranko or Miku. If it's from ones I don't, probably Kirika and Melty.

 

Favorite Standard: Miko, she just always looks so energetic and happy. And DDdy is my favorite,

 

Favorite DDH: The 09. For standard, the 07.

I have to add another to my list. Sheryl Nome. After seeing her in person I fell for her.

She also looks like an anime version of my friend.

Mariko is my absolute favorite head, I fell in love with that cute face right when I saw the first pictures of it years ago

It's hard for me to rank favorites. Either I like 'em or I don't. But if I were forced to have just one DD, she would have to be M.O.M.O.! So I guess that makes her my favorite sculpt.

I love the DDH-03 and plan to get one, but Rin Tohsaka has to be one of my very favorites of the limiteds.

Well, since Rin has become available again, I wonder if I have changed my mind! I do love Saber, and I have her now. I think I would prefer Saber slightly over Rin!

I'm iffy with the 04 head, I either love it or hate it and I don't quite know what makes it or breaks it for me.

 

I actually have almost this level of dislike for the 05 head. I've seen it look good twice and that was when the faceup was compensating for a lot of the oddities in that sculpt. It's not a bad sculpt, and I kinda want to see someone use it for a custom Jessie from pokemon. I just feel like it rarely works well with anything. A lot of DD stuff is kinda cutesy and that doesn't suit the 05 at all imo.

 

My favourite DD head is ddh 04. I just love her smile.

My favorite has got to be the 06 head! I've seen so many varieties of this head and love it every time XD

The 06 and 03, I can't choose between them :3 just love the soft smiles

The 09 become a quick favourite of mine on release but I have always liked the flexibility of the 06.

 

For character heads my favourite is also my dream doll, Kud. Most adorable sculpt in existence.

I like 06, 07 and 09.

 

My favorite head of all time I don't know but I always love to see these heads and what people do with them. I think I do like Saber though, but as a custom. Custom Sabers and 07 always seem to steal my heart I'm always wondering... "OMG, what is that head?!" Then I find out its a Saber or 07, every time xD

My favorite would be Alisa, but maybe it's just because I love the eyes/default faceup.

 

For option heads its got to be 09, but I'm also partial to the 06 and the 07.

I'm pretty attached to my entire brood.

 

I would say for overall cuteness my Sakura Shingiju. She's got an angelic face.

 

For super model type looks my Kos-Mos, Chihaya, and Saber Lily.

 

For versatility my Makoto Kikuchi. She looks cute in every wig I have put on her.

I would definitely have to say Miu Amaha~ Whereas a close second is Konomi. c :

Miu stole my heart though. She is too adorable and sweet. She personally feels like a very patient DD, to me, who has unconditional love for her owner. ^///^

• Saber/Saber Alter/Saber Extra. Only head I've sold, regretted, and repurchased.

My favorite head mold is the DDH-06. I just looove that smile and cute face of hers. Plus, my custom girl is a 06. I also like the DDH-01, but just the molded versions that I've seen so far!

Mine #1 is Miki, follows by Alice, Alisa, and Lily. ^^
