Saber Extra is DD3 not DDS, but most likely you have a cracked shoulder joint (same part on DD3 and DDS) and a cracked hip joint. They've been recurring problems with the DD3. I was hoping they would be fixed by the time the second batch of Sabers had finally been shipped in the USA as they seem to be using the new thicker skeleton body.

If you look inside the socket the arm keeps falling out you'll probably see a crack in the skeleton part inside the chest. On the leg the part that typically cracks is attached to the leg rather than the torso.

If this is a new Saber you should definitely contact Volks. You only have a whopping 14 days.

If I'm right, you just got your Saber, but the clock is ticking away quickly.

Hope it can be fixed.

Have you removed the bust to check the the arms? Remember to remove Saber's wig, and grip the neck tightly, when removing the head. Once the head is off, pull out the arms, and the bust piece should slide off pretty easily. If the shoulder joints are cracked, take a few photos, including one with some scrapes of paper stuck in the cracks.

If the leg is cracked, you may be able to tell like this:

It'll come off pretty easily, and I had the best results with Volks when I stuck a piece of paper in the crack. Also, if you do contact Volks, you'll probably have to send in the broken pieces, so you might as well leave the doll disassembled.
