Lizik-chan Posted May 12, 2011 Hi there I was into the doll hobby since 2003 when I bought my first BJD. Ever since I was involved in occasional picture taking, spasmodic sewing and constant dolls drooling all over the internet (DOA mostly as Harukotyan just in case). With time I grew a bit colder to BJD world partially because of my rather intense and time-taking work and partially because of the negative experience with local BJD community. But my obsession for dolls in general never grew weak. At that time I decided to obtain at least one DD doll. And the first one was Haruhi Suzumiya. Being the anime fan as well I was completely charmed with DD aesthetics and experience I had with her. In about a year Alna joined my family. (and in between a couple of mamachapps and several azone cuties) And currently I'm aiming for the third big girl My biggest dream is to be able to customize anime-like doll myself one day. Mamachaps and Azone are really cute, but I don't like them size alot >< If one day I will found Nymph 1/3 Azone for a nice price I will get her** I have just paid my Alna: she is such a beautiful girl... Her face is so sweet and mature, the perfect older sister! I'm sorry for your experience with your local community: here there is a big community of BJD lovers (I think there are nearly 500 collectors all over Italy), but only 4 of them have one or more DDs! You know I have also had negative experiences with the BJD community but I am happy to report everyone here is sincerely nice with no obnoxious bragging, putting down other people or elitist cliques.
