Requesting pics of body blushing (possible nude pics)

Not entirely sure where to post this so sorry if it is in the wrong place...but Hi I am wondering who on here has a DD with a body blushing. Is it just the nipples? full body blush? More detail anywhere else on the body? Did you do it or did you have someone else do it? What did you seal it with and how has it held up? Does the sealing help prevent staining any? Pics please! Thanks

I blushed 2 of my dolls, but I don't recommend it.

 

Is it just the nipples?: No, it was a full body blushing.

More detail anywhere else on the body?: I blushed every piece, down to the hands and feet.

Did you do it or did you have someone else do it?: Did it myself.

What did you seal it with and how has it held up?: Same sealant I use for faceups. Held up fine.

Does the sealing help prevent staining any?: No. When it do stains, you have to wipe down the whole body, which was a pain.

Why wasn't it worth it though? Did it smear during blushing her or something? I guess i'm not really seeing why it would be much different than blushing a resin doll. You still have to take the same precautions during blushing right?

It's the staining of the vinyl from dark clothing and the cleaning that makes it not worth it. When you clean the stain, the products are bleaching the vinyl, and eating away the blushing you've done. So, you'd be forced to clean off all the rest of the blushing and do it over again. As often as DDs stain, you'd be wasting a lot of time and money on blushing.

 

Personally, this time around, I'm just doing light nipple blushing, and nothing else.

Oh ok I see. That's what I was wondering I guess. I really just would want a nipple blushing too I guess but I was just wondering if it would be worth it to do a full blush mostly just for pictures if you protect them from dark clothes very well. But I just didn't know if having that sealant would help prevent staining or attract it more or what. But thanks for your experience! It helps

Pretty much nothing can stop your body from staining 100%, not even body stocking... I can imagine how difficult it must be to have nasty stains on your beautiful blushing.

I have only blushed my girl's nipples and the area between the breasts for a nicer décolleté, maybe I will blush her hands too, but that's it.

I usually blush my BJDs in the same way too, if they are supposed to show off their body once in a while

 

But it's really hard to keep the blushing intact. Somewhere it will either chip, rub or stain, so it's only pretty as long as you handle your dolls with gloves and better not move them. And oh, no dark clothes too in case of DDs.

 

I also cover the non-blushed pieces while spraying, to keep the area that might chip etc. to a minimum.

I see. That's kind of a disappointment. I was hoping it would be ok for long term. Do you know if that volks powder spray is any better for sealing vinyl than Mr. clear stuff??
