SisterKyoya Posted October 9, 2012 Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes! I've had a rather quiet birthday just the way I prefer them. When I was a kid I was a birthday fanatic, so I'm glad my spastic younger self had her fill of birthday madness when she wanted. It makes me happy to remember but just as equally happy not having to deal with the crash after the excitement was through. Raven gave me the card game Gloom that I hope I can do a photo story spoof of for next Halloween, but even if I never do it was fun playing it with Raven, Dolly, and Yuriko. One of the characters is Cousin Mordekai and is so cute like Tama-can so we kept giving him all the happy points (that's the way to lose the game) and Dolly was the unfortunate one to have him. The game is so fun, and rather morbid, because you can tell stories on how all the good and bad events happened in the people's lives, leaving the winner being the one with the most unhappy points once all five of their family members are dead. And yes, even cousin Mordekai died, after he was skipping around in the sunshine after a night of being pestered by poltergeist, tripped over a large rock, and fell down a well and was never found. It sounds so horrible but every time I think of his story I can't help but to laugh. We tried to give him the best life we could, but Dolly wanted to win! Unfortunately for him, his devious plans didn't work because Yuriko won. He tried to do everything to make Yuriko lose (and she had the same plan for him). I definitely had plenty of cookies, a pumpkin pie blizzard, DD to snuggle, and some quiet sewing to fill my contentment meter for this birthday. Raven- Thank you very much for the cute story.
