In many ways I think VolksUSA should kind of be like CDJapan where the price is more relative to the strength of the dollar during it's many fluctuations-- since the Lucy gal is listed as 61,950yen with tax included - even with 60$ in US shipping... 644.71 + 60 = 704.71$ (assuming I do my math right and the dollar doesn't just tank again and assuming that is how CDJapan truly operates as I have been buying from them for years and they seem to stay on point to the strength of the yen/dollar at time of purchase.. XD) So already thats 105$ difference (not counting UPS shipping though which might be another 15-30). Yeah I guess VolksUSA and KerbyLane give you two chances more than the international.. so maybe it's worth the extra hundred+.. Maybe I'm just becoming uber cheap lately... I agree that I doubt that the prices will revert to what they had been. It could be that Volks maybe prefers people ordering from Japan since they have less issues with keeping the stock up to date in just one country without having to deal with as much mess (more paperwork, more customer complaints, ect.) by just working within their own country.
