killerchan Posted October 28, 2012 Note: sorry if this is in the wrong section! i recently shelled out 900 for a dollfie dream just because it was the first dollfie dream i had seen under 1000 ;-; and now im looking and theres not much info on her and i dunno if i like her because no ones telling me if shes got string or a skeleton and now i feel as if i regret my decision v.v; and i cant sell her for more right after ive bought her (i havent gotten her yet shes still with the owner getting wrapped and stuff for post) ;-; the model is dollfie dream sirius product model white version (normal skin) with no stains. description of the sellers thread: She has default face-up, she will come with product model dress, default product model wig (some ribbons have come loose), cat ears, panties, original papers, black x white stockings and Dollheart Brigadier Dress. i want to know what base body she has and if her head is easily swappable if i dont like it? and is she strung or the plastic skeleton? also if anyone has any info on this model and stuff id love to know! resin boys and vinyl girls, thats what i love! She came in white, blue, and green. They all had swimsuit like outfits and plastic high heeled shoes. It sounds like you have the Product Model Sirius in white. Her head mold was recently announced as a standardly available head. If you don't like her head, you can definitely swap it out. If you don't like her faceup, there are a few faceup artists on the forum who can change it for you if you don't want to repaint her yourself. Congratulations on your first DD! Sirius was my second. I hope she arrives quickly. lol sorry about the over-reaction it was because my father doesnt want me spending all my money on a doll if it doesnt meet my requirements and i reacted too quickly in deciding and shopping around for a dollfie dream, (because a few days later i saw a dollfie dream on ebay for 700 =w= ) but im happy that the base body will be a ddII which is what i wanted and that can swap heads so i can have different sculpts on the body (especially kawaii moe heads with blue eyes ive been seeing) my original goal was a custom dollfie dream but i think ill be happy with what ive bought now that i have more information. Most limiteds are around $1000 lately. yes the owner said she got it from the volks dolpha 11 in 2005 and she really did love the doll but had to give her a new home because she wasnt playing with her, the original price listed i think was 1200 but she reduced it down to 850 + shipping, i wanted insurance so i payed 900 all up (also i payed 13.50 in paypal fees =w=; ) i remember i think i saw your username on DOA because im killer-chan on there too, there isnt alot of information on the sirius model.... your the only person who i have seen with the most information.... owo;; i think i might look at those other sculpts you mentioned too! also if you know anything about 'cheap' option hands for her id love to buy them~ i want the peace sign hands the most! resin boys and vinyl girls, thats what i love!
