Is the lottery available for entry for JP people, too? The Volks USA site will be accepting entries until Dec. 19, 11AM PST. I don't think its open to JP people, but I could be wrong. mistyaera Posted December 16, 2012 As far as I know, the VolksUSA entries are for US/Canada/Mexico only... It may be US only. I'm not 100% sure. The "After Event" is in January through Volks International and is open to people everywhere, I think. I could be wrong.
