Belated Halloween Mini Story

 

Mommy: "Are you all ready for Halloween Tamayuki?"

 

Tamayuki: "Yep and I'm all dressed up too! I get to wear my kitty ears as long as I want! I have to be careful not to step on my own tail."

 

Mommy: "How about you tell everyone who you are dressed up as."

 

Tamayuki: "Kitty Maowser, M.D.! Kitties are better than doggies any day. I even have glasses, a clipboard, and a big coat like doctors are supposed to."

 

 

*Tamayuki quickly shifts his hand from his pocket to his mouth*

 

 

Mommy: "Are you eating something?"

 

Tamayuki: "Um, I thought I had to cough." *fakes a small cough* "See, that one was a surprise."

 

*Dolly quietly sneaks up undetected*

 

 

Dolly: "BOO!"

 

Tamayuki: "AAAHHHH!" *In surprise Tama dropped his clipboard and a small rainbow fell from his pocket when his hand jerked out* "Dolly, you scared me!"

 

Dolly: "It's Halloween dude! I had to trick someone. Stupid Yuriko didn't even scream when she found my bug plague in her hair this morning."

 

 

Mommy: "Tama-chan, I thought you weren't eating anything."

 

Tamayuki: "Um..."

 

Dolly: "Alright, Candy! That one's mine! Stupid eye holes, quit moving around so much!"

 

 

Tamayuki: "I was only following Doctor's orders Mommy."

 

Dolly: *Trips on the sheet and does a faceplant* "Ouch. I still call dibs on that one over there!"

Ha ha ha ha! These two are so funny! Tama needs more practice lying, he's no good at it at all. That's too funny with Dolly and his ghost costume.... I can see why he can't scare the older girls with it. Heh.

 

But Tama is right, he kinda HAS to follow the doctors orders to eat candy. If not he may get sick or catch a fever or something. Smart lad Tama!

 

 

 

Billy

If all it took was a little coaching to get Tama to tell a fib or two, I'm sure that Dolly would have him lying through his teeth. Luckily I think Tama has truth serum in his veins, or he just worries too much about making people sad.

 

As for Dolly, he was so proud about making his costume he was boasting about it whenever he felt the need. Being Dolly, that meant all the time. From what he thought of it he might as well have been talking about designing a sparkily Elvis in Vegas outfit. At least he made less of a mess than when he was 'helping' sew an EB skirt:

 

 

Perhaps he was distracted by a stash of candy he had yet to locate in the house.

 

The prescription look suspiciously like Tamayuki's handwriting, but he knows that he's my favorite and I'd spoil him anyway.

Those two are so cute. I love Tama-kun's slippers. I think all the doctors I know would love to wear those to work. Those pipe-cleaner glasses came out so cute. He is so adorable wearing those! I agree with Billy that Tama-kun is no expert liar but that also makes him that much more adorable.

 

Random image that crossed my mind: We once translated the word ferret into other language and back and got pipe-cleaner (haha we thought weasel at least, right?), so I just imagined Tama-kun, Dolly, and a ferret playing together. I am sure Dolly could do a great Dolly rendition of the famous weasel war dance.

Tamayuki! You are just so adorable! *BIG HUG* squee. And Dolly is really funny. You guys are just awesome. I love reading about your adventures. Your Mommy is a very good story teller (that face plant and the dialogue thereafter just about killed me. ). I hope to see more of what goes on in your house.

 

The Boys say 'Hi!'. We haven't done any stories for a while or taken pics because seasonal allergies turned into bad colds, sinus headaches and an infection or two. Its been getting better but I wish we had a Kitty Maowser, M.D looking after us. Then we all would have gotten better faster Your Mommy is so lucky to have such a cute doc around the house to take care of her if she needs one.
