YukiOokami Posted November 13, 2012 This is the most adorable DDH-03 head I've EVER seen. Out of curiosity, what type of material would someone use to add elf ears like this? And I'm loving her lips, I really want my 03's mouth to look like that. She looks so cute and happy. Is that just how they're painted, or is there something modded there? waha Posted November 13, 2012 That head in question had a few modifications done to it. A bit of the eyelids were shaved off and and the area around the nose/mouth were cut. Those are pretty 'standard' modifications for Momo-man heads. The ears were attached with glue/putty, and then painted to match the skin tone. If you want more info about some ideas to do custom elf ears, take a look at Mitsuki's post about her Elven Haruhi. I'm expecting to have the materials I need to start testing within a couple of weeks but may not have much time until winter break (mid December). Where can you get the Obitsu ears? I don't do much adding onto dolls, myself, but if I did enough research for DD modding stuffs, I could probably attempt some elf ears, too.
