When/how do they announce lottery winners?

I went in for the DDH-07 painted head this weekend, and used my checkcard when I did the checkout. I notice that it's still showing as a 'hold' but I'm wondering just how long they are going to have a hold on that money. Do they usually decide a few days after? weeks after? Will I only know if the charge clears? Who's got 'sperience in this department? (obviously the volksusa side.. have no idea how the volks.co.jp would be o___o)

they hold until results are known. then they either progress or cancel your order

well how long does it take them to actually chose the winners? Since the cutoff was Sunday, you'd think they'd be able to just go thru this week and do a random drawing and then let people know via email or something? it's my own fault for just using my creditcard backed bank card b/c the "hold" on the funds is different for a bank vs a full fledged CC.

For the lottery entry for my DD Sakuya (Shining Blade) this year, I entered during May 9th and I received an email on May 14th about winning her. The email was:
