SQLabs head "Ayumi" and scale.

Recommended Posts

Till Troll

My husband promised me a SQlabs head a few months ago and I plan to collect in the next year. At the time I really liked the look of Ayumi. But she's no longer on the website.

Did she get discontinued? I've been gazing at Misty and Kirie on and off for the past year two (I originally was trying decide between all three) but I liked the gentleness in Ayumi's face.

Also, has anyone got a SQLab head on a MDD? Do the proportions look right?

Thanks!

Sadly, I don't have an MDD body, but I think the SQLab head would fit really good, size-wise....

I have the "Kirie" head and imo I think they are a wee bit smaller (not by that much though), also their ears are flatter against the head which makes them look smaller too. so you'd have no problems on a MDD body.

Volks designed the standard DD heads to work on a MDD body as well, so I think a standard SQLab head will be just fine. The SQ head I have is actually slightly smaller than a DD head, though you don't really notice the difference unless you put them side by side.
