The MDD's meet Mashiro.

K - "We missed you Mashiro!"

 

Minako - "It's so good to see you!"

 

Mashiro - "It *has* been a while hasn't it?"

Mashiro - "Look at you Kino! You've gotten taller!"

 

K - "Hee hee, have I?"

 

Minako - "I did too! We're the same size now!"

Miyuki - "So Mashiro, how do you know these two?"

 

Mashiro - "It's a long story Miyuki."

 

Minako - "We've known her for like 3 years or more now."

Mashiro - "Yes, I've known them for almost 4 years now."

Miyuki - "Where did you meet them then?"

 

Minako - "I met her right after I met Kino. We were lost in the woods and Mashiro came and found us. For some reason we both woke up in those woods and had lost our memories."

K - "Yeah... Minako found me under a tree. I was lost and crying and had no idea who I was."

 

M - "They were so scared when I found them, I couldn't leave them there. So I took them with me."

Miyuki - "Where were these woods at?"

 

Minako - "I think we were in... Roman country?"

 

Mashiro - "Romania dear."

 

Minako - "Yeah, that's it."

Mashiro - "I took them both back to my home in Germany. I let them stay there for a while until I was able to talk with The Great Pumpkin and some other magical beings about what to do with them."

 

Kino - "The Easter Bunny was so nice to us! He gave us all sorts of chocolate...."

 

Minako - "That's where we met The Great Pumpkin. He was very nice to us and promised to help us find my sisters."

Miyuki - "Your sisters? Wouldn't they be back in Romania?"

 

Minako - "Mashiro went back to look for them but couldn't find them anywhere."

 

Mashiro - "I searched for a year and never found a trace. I had others helping me too but it was no use."

K - "I can't remember my family and neither can Minako. All she can remember is that she had two older sisters. Since Mashiro had other duties to perform, we couldn't stay at her place alone. So we had to go to an orphanage for a little while so Mashiro could try and figure out what to do next."

 

M- "I hated leaving them there but we had several magical affiliates in the area to look after them so they were perfectly safe. And they were only there for about 2 months."

K - "I missed your fluffy tail Mashiro. I remember falling asleep while snuggling it..."

 

Minako - "We both used to do that. I miss those days."

M - "Well, you don't have to worry anymore girls. We all live here now so you can snuggle my tail anytime you like."

Mashiro - "And Minako, I have great news for you. We have finally found your sisters."

 

Minako - "WHAT?"

Miyuki - "How did you manage that? I thought yall had given up looking."

 

K - "No. Mashiro's friends have been looking for Minako's family from the beginning."

 

Minako - "Yep! They promised us to find them eventually."

Mashiro - "That's right, the magical beings who came into contact with these two really fell in love with them and they have been working hard to find her family."

 

Minako - "So where are they Mashiro?"

Mashiro - "You know who it is Minako. Search your feelings."

Well isn't that just like an evil kitsune. She arrives in the home of the people she's been "looking for" and yet she doesn't even let them know they've got a little sister that they've strangely forgotten. Yet when faced with the possibility of some memory recovery suddenly it's all clear to her just who's related to whom. How conveeeeenient. Somehow I don't think it was the Easter Bunny Mashiro was meeting with. I wonder who it could have been. Hmmmmm... maybe SATAN?!?!

I wouldn't say she's evil just yet. But she *is* hiding something from us. What and why I'm not sure but I think we'll find out soon. I trust her tho, she has to have some good reason to not have told us she knew Kino and Minako.

Thank you! I think most of the magical beings were similar to Mashiro in that they are helpful and kind creatures. Probably elves, will-o-the-wisps, ents, ligers and the like.

I'm happy you liked the story. And altho it sounds odd, Mashiro has known that Manami and Mamimi were Minako's sisters for a while. So scripple was actually closer to the facts than I'm comfortable with. But you'll hear an explanation soon.
