Carving a DD mouth???

Hey guys So Christmas Vacation is coming up, and I won't have much to do... I decided I'm going to customize a Dollfie Dream head! This time I'm going to use a HDD-01. The HDD-04 was too hard (the mouth was too deep to sand off.) I'm all fired up and stuff, but I want to take the customizing to the next level... I want to carve a open mouth! I found someone named Momonotane who did a few heads with open mouths *used the same head I'm buying* here are some examples...

The last one I think is a HDD-06 =w=

These are some of the few I'm interested in. Do you guys know how they did it? I'm highly interested in customizing heads this way Thanks!

*I would buy a SQ lab doll, but I'm interested in customizing the mouth for now *

That's Momo-man, btw. More specifically modifications done by Nagi (Momo-man are two people, Nagi and Sango).

And they use rotary tools for their modifications, ie Dremels and similar.

ah that's what I thought. I also found out some people use epoxy putty. What I may do is carve and sand out the mouth, and use the putty on the inside of the head

also thanks for correcting me about his name ^^
