This came up when PlasticFantastic were chatting yesterday, and I thought it'd make for a funny thread.

 

Post some funny one liners that you've said, relating to your dolls, that an outsider listening in would totally misconstrue.

 

OMG my head came in the mail!

 

I just mailed out a body today.

and every time her girlfriend gives me this look which is usually followed by "you broke her" lol

"I got a body in the mail today I wasn't expecting." <--- to my mom when Naiomi's body arrived unexpectedly. The look on her face was like I had just casually told her that someone mailed me a dead cat.

 

"I don't like her eyes so I'll just yank them out."

 

"I only need another three or four bodies until I'm done."

 

"I know you don't want your head taken off, but you'll feel much better once I'm all done." (This one is funny but I hate saying it the most because they always look like the are saying no and want to cry as their head is getting yanked off. I think I had too many nightmares as a kid of finding decapitated heads.)

Remember, you have to squeeze her neck while you pull off her head.

This next one is more "sh*t Dollfie owners do" more than things we say.

 

I've taken to carrying an extra hand in my purse to check the scale on things I stumble on when out and about. (I guess that could be placed in the above set, lol.)

 

What I've also started doing is, sometimes when I'm out with my grandparents, I'll take the hand out, stick it on my pointer finger, and just slowly wiggle my fingers until my grandmother notices the extra appendage.

 

She shudders every time, and I just cackle like some evil madwoman. Which I guess I am.

This is an awesome idea! I just normally eyeball it and do pretty well, but sometimes it's hard to know if some things would be DD or MDD size, but having the hands there would be great!

"I still don't know when Tamayuki's package is going to come." This was referring to an order I'm waiting for that has nothing to do with body parts. Sure he's a boy, but I'm not that worried about the details. I hate to admit how often I say something and it has an entirely different meaning than I was intending and Raven just stares at me trying to figure out if I dd it on purpose.
