Need help with Saber Alter 2nd wig.

So i just picked up this girl and i am having massive difficulties putting her wig on.

 

IT just does not seem to wan't to.

 

ive tried holding it at the back and the front so i guess i am just holding it wrong.

While i don't have Alter, I do have Extra and to get her wig on, I had to put the front part on first, hold it in place with a finger or two, and then pull down the back of the wig with my other hand. I pulled by the wig cap itself and NOT the hair or bun because if you pull those they will break. So be careful when you do this. Extras wig slid on after a few tries so hopefully your Alter will do the same for you.

Saber Alter and Extra both seem to have a lot of wig problems.

 

It's different for some, my Alter had a looser wig and my Extra had an extra tight wig.

 

However, the strategy to put them in is to hold on to the bang on the front against the forehead and pull the the back (Bottom part with one finger on the wig cap, do not pull on the bun!) into the proper place. Be careful not to slip though because loose strands of hairs are pretty hard to fix on this wig.

 

If that doesn't work, also try using plastic wrap underneath to make the slipping in a bit smoother then just gently yank out the plastic wrap after.

 

I believe wolfheinrich made a video about this somewhere... but I'm not able to find it at the moment.

IS the bun meant to be like in the direct centre of the wigcap nearly? It is slight closer to the back but not by as much as i thought.

Still no dice i can fit the wig onto the headcap when it is off the doll however i have to squeeze it to fit so i think the wigcap is to narrow

Sorry for Tripple post, but is there any way to loosen the wig? im pretty sure it is just the rim that is to tight if i can somehow loosen that it will fit on fine.

I have managed to get the wig on now.

But my god is it NEVER comming off. it litterally took me like 2 hours to put it on.
