baldylox Posted January 25, 2015 I've been working on some patterns so here's Kurumi modelling my progress so far. I made everything except the shoes She's so cute! Totally adorable! I love her big smile. And you've done well on her clothes, those socks look really cool as does her shirt. She certainly seems happy with her new clothing. Billy I gave up counting the girls I own, they keep multiplying and won't stop.
jendaw Posted January 30, 2015 Made a few more bits, thought I should make Kurumi something that was more her style and Origami needed some new things too so here they are showing off their outfits (I didn't make their shoes)
Pahsmina Posted February 8, 2015 Not 100% making, but currently adjusting some outfits to fit Clive's body. These pants used to be up to his chest and now they fit perfectly~ I'm glad I managed to keep the baggy look that they are supposed to have. Ayuuya Posted February 9, 2015 Pahsmina - Aaa, Clive looks so handsome in his new pants. www I imagine he's also happy to not be in a skirt anymore. The latest thing I've made my girls is the keyhole sweater haha. I still need to adjust it since the keyhole ended up being a boob hole;;; ( But that's what happens when you don't take proper measurements and just wing it... ehe;; ) Sewing by merongie, on Flickr

jeko Posted February 26, 2015 I've yet to make anything but I'm pondering if I could make simple shoes. Does anyone have experience trying to make shoes for their DDs? I know faustbane casted some molds but how did that project turn out? Share your tips, please!
littleplasticfriends Posted March 15, 2015 I'm currently knitting something called a Cleaves for my Miko. And then I'm going to try knitting a sweater called Tempting. The Cleaves is taking quite a bit of time but so far it's been very easy and I haven't had to do any adjustments. I'm knitting exactly the same number of stitches
Jellyapplered Posted March 25, 2015 Perfectly fitted slim-fit/thight-fit shirt and dress for DD2 M. Later on DD2 S and L. I'll be posting at least the shirt patterns here, once I get the DD2 M patterns graded for S and L breasts (btw need help with taking measurements from DD2 S and L bust cirbleepference etc). The problem with posting pictures, links etc is the new user limitations -.- The patterns I've made so far are derived from patterns made with Müller&Sohn pattern drafting system to fit DD's (also wide range of measurements from the doll were needed). Say if you're interested in or making similar kinds of stuff your self. Maybe we can discuss faults and improvements concerning our work. And hopefully I get rid of these limitations soon (1/20 posts so far -_-) -JAR
Error-Chan Posted March 25, 2015 Atm I am working on a jacket wip for a friend that needs a jacket for a character. this first one went wrong in two ways. the Patten I made was not small for the DD m bust that I was working on. (moved it to my DDS S bust) and the zips I ordered were closed ended not open ended XD so I cant make it into a jacket haha.. I am now attaching some shorts to make it useful to me XD. I will upload a photo when I have finished.

(compared a shirt or a dress to light jacket it should be about 0,5cm deeper and 0,2-0,3cm wider) Edited March 30, 2015 by Guest

(compared a shirt or a dress to light jacket it should be about 1,0cm deeper and 0,3-0,5cm wider) what I think it was is the fabric I used had no give and the seem allowance was a little to small. XD but I think it worked now but just need to make it.
SisterKyoya Posted March 29, 2015 Still working on Naiomi's Closet things & today's project was this: This is the main graphic for a half gallon ice cream container/prop. (yes, the image has been distorted but you can still get the gist of it.) I've wanted to do a bunch of cut & glue projects for a long time so its really fun to work on even if it is a lot of work. I've never designed an ice cream carton before but I keep cracking up whenever I see it. I'm also saying that I'm still here, but Naiomi's Closet is eating up all my free time. It's exciting and frustrating all at once. Luckily the exciting parts are generally more frequent. ~Sister Kyoya Forum Blog: Badger Pocket Tales (Family story from the beginning) | { Old Family story reboot: Start Here! } Follow me on Twitter, Flickr & Instagram

SisterKyoya Posted April 13, 2015 A sweater from Dollar Tree socks. Still can't figure out how any of these socks don't stain with the black (tested 3 pairs so far) but Volks can't manage to choose stain-proof fabrics for their clothes. Currently working on making Ellie a bed. So far the 'frame' is done, pillow finished, and the mattress is nearly done as long as I can get her to give it back long enough to sew the buttons on. After that I've got the sheet set, quilt, dust ruffle & headboard to do. I expect to be finished by early next week & will take pics. This is a project I've needed to do two Christmas ago. ~Sister Kyoya Forum Blog: Badger Pocket Tales (Family story from the beginning) | { Old Family story reboot: Start Here! } Follow me on Twitter, Flickr & Instagram
bitterfishies Posted April 13, 2015 I made my girl a kigurumi based off Magice Knight Rayearths Water spirit Selece, for a meet up that didn't go to well. But at least she looked adorable! mizya Posted April 30, 2015 Oh, a crafts thread! ♥ I'm sure that I'll be visiting here often, haha~ xD Anteja, that dress is lovely! ♥ I like the crochet top and the colours~ ^^ I've also been trying to build a wardrobe for my girls... I don't have anything that would fit them (I've only had 40cm and 65cm BJDs before) so they're stuck wearing clothes made by me. :'D The very first things that I made were a white ruffle skirt and a pink sweater... I don't have a proper photo of that combination. But I have a photo of the second striped sweater that I made: And yesterday I made my own version of a Sadol dress that they no longer sell. I have the dress in unoa size but I thought that I would like to get one for my DD girls as well: I added some decorations later in the evening, but I'm too lazy to take a new photo, haha. :'D I don't generally like sewing for big dolls, but somehow DDs are fun to make clothes for. :3 ♥ My doll family: Umeko DDH-06 ♥ Megumi DDS Mariko ♥ Suiren DDdy Sheryl Nome ♥ Yuuri DDS Kagamine Rin ♥ Yuuya DDSb Kagamine Len ♥ Kanade DDdy Megurine Luka ♥ Miharu MDD Arle Nadja ♥ Rion DDb Kaito ♥ Enju MDD Marisa + guardian to DD Y'shtola My blog | carrd | instagram
Anteja Posted April 30, 2015 I like your first HM outfit more, mizya! I think short ruffled skirts really suit your doll showing her long legs.
GothicKDM Posted April 30, 2015 Oh mizya! I love you stuff so much. I have finished up the 5 sweaters I wanted to make this month. I dont know bust wise what size they will fit thought as I only have a small bust right now. They do have room in them though (ill measure it to see). These are long sleeve sweaters with a patter on the front and they come in lavender, blue, white, yellow and pink. Im still thinking some on a price. Ill be adding them to my etsy shop maybe tonight/tomorrow.
katzilla Posted May 1, 2015 (edited) Currently making a Wa lolita style outfit for my DDdy Miko. I was inspired by this lovely one by Kondoll that's part of their current collection but found the style and colours not quite right for what I wanted:- http://m.intl.taobao.com/detail/detail.html?id=44676991372 I have the altered Yukata inspired top designed, cut & ready to sew. Next will we a box-pleat skirt and underskirt to go under that followed by an obi style under-bust cinch and head-dress. I've ordered a bunch of Kondoll's gorgeous printed stockings for DD & DDdy to go with what I'm planning. So happy to finally have a bit of time to work on designs & clothing for my Miko Wanted to do this as a starter before I work more seriously on outfits for her intended character persona so I can get a feel for sewing and designing for those gorgeous DDdy curves ^^ Edited June 5, 2015 by Guest
