I'm a newbie to this forum and to Dollfie's.

 

I have a small collection of other dolls but have wanted to get into Dollfie's for awhile now. I've been putting it off because Dollfie's seem a bit intimidating with all the options available. It seems so overwhelming with all the body types, wigs, eye colors, etc. So, I figured I'd join here to familiarize myself with them.

 

Anyone have any pointers on the best way to get into Dollfie's? For a newbie, is it best to buy new or used?

I guess what's nice about Dollfie Dreams is there's a lot of options available and there's so much customizability. You might to consider if there's any existing DDs that you're particularly interested. It's best to buy a new DD from Volks (through a lottery system or pre-order for certain dolls) themselves since that's probably the lowest price you're likely to get. Prices tend to soar on the after market, but it's often the only choice when we miss out on previous opportunities

Like how a lottery works. See your luck whether you are able to get her. If there are a lot of people wajting her, chance to get her will be lower.

you can buy a standart DD like Aoi or Yukino. they are now in stock at VOLKS int. store

I think this is the best choice and not so expensive
