What Anime are you watching?

So, like the other thread, what Anime are you watching? What is your favorite Anime or least favorite? What would you recommend?

Oh boy..... another of my hobbies that has suffered due to my DD hobby.

 

I am not watching any right now except for what is on Adult Swim. Bleach, Kekkaishi and FMA:Brotherhood. I watch those weekly.

 

I tried to watch "Dance in the Vampire Bund" but kept getting interrupted and couldn't finish it.

 

I just bought "Summer Wars" and "Evangelion 2.22" on Bluray so I plan to watch them soon.

 

As for what I have as faves, I have more than what I'll list but these are osme of the better ones I liked.....

I've been watching a few shows here and there, most of the longer series (Naruto, Bleach, Gintama...) I've given up on because they got crazy long or do to simply forgetting where I left off

I've also watched a lot of Harem type anime as well. I just find them to be stupidly funny, and the character designs are usually very cute (I love looking at the characters before I start to watch anything)

Most anime I do download, but if I enjoyed the series enough, I will go out and purchase it.

I'm rewatching Strawberry Panic right now. I rewatched Devil May Cry and Shakugan no Shana recently too.

I love fantasy shows, like Record of Lodoss War, Slayers, etc. too. And Fate/Stay Night is something of a guilty pleasure.

 

Looking forward to the release of Highschool of the Dead and Hidamari sketch season 3 next month.

I try to watch a few shows from every season, though I failed miserably the last few times and only watched Madoka and OreImo. Thankfully they were both good enough to make up for missing other things!

I'll keep it short and mention what I'm watching this season (much more than I usually watch!):

What I recommend out of this bunch without thinking would be: Ao no Exorcist and Tiger & Bunny. They're both my favourites this season. Steins;Gate is okay and if you need something with silly humour without typical fanservice you should try out SKET Dance.

 

I don't recommend Deadman Wonderland at all. It's... the pacing is sooo slow it's hard to handle. I'm only watching it because I liked the manga, otherwise I'd have dropped it long ago.

The only thing I'm currently watching is GOSICK. I'm surprised I don't see anybody else watching it, it's a good show.

Deadman Wonderland and Itazura na Kiss so far. GOSICK looks interesting too though, so I may have to watch it sometime .

Hana-Saku Iroha

This series is listed under Seinen, but I think the intended audience is quite balanced for both male and female viewers. This is one of my favorites for this year's releases.

 

Steins;Gate

This anime is nothing like Chaos;Head. So, don't be fooled by what other people said about Steins;Gate and Chaos;Head being similar.

 

C – Control – The Money and Soul of Possibility

This is an instant favorite on my list. One of my roommates recommended it to me earlier today (yesterday), and I have already caught up.

 

30-sai No Hoken Taiiku

The opening song is very sweet. The rest... no comment. ^.^;

If you like Paranoia Agent, then you would enjoy Mushishi. I like both series, .

Paranoia Agent was fun but I really enjoyed Mushishi. It had great music and visuals and the short stories they came up with were always pretty cool. I good series I'll watch again.
