What Anime are you watching?

I recently been on an old school anime kick so after I finished up both series of GITS, I started to rewatch "Gundam Wing" on DVD. I have missed this series so much! Even tho the animation seems almost archaic compared to newer shows on now, the characters, mech designs and story are still top notch. As soon as the intro music started for the show, I got goosebumps all over. So much history in this show for me.....

 

I'm only 2 discs in and enjoying every minute of it!

Rewatched all of Fruits Basket a couple of weeks ago and still love it to pieces! If I didn't have work to do I'd be watching Saiyuki again too. Such a crazy show but I can't help but to love it, it's about on par for me as Samurai Shamploo. So many WTF moments but it makes me deliriously happy.

Just finished watching the first season of 'Haganai' its a little spazzy XD but I liked it I am def gonna be hunting down season two >___< a lil overview in case your interested is basically its an anime about a boy and a girl who can't make any friends so they decide to make a 'making friends club' but disguise it as something else needless to say pretty soon you are introduced to alot of interesting characters and its way to funny for words! if you need a good laugh I would say this is a must watch

I thought Fruits Basket was pretty good but its hard for me to watch because I dont like the voice actors in the english OR japanese -___- I feel like they dont do Kyo and Toru justice..

 

I recently watched Eden of the East and Soul Eater and liked them both. I just started Kyoukai no Kanata and it is strange but interesting so far.

 

Eden of the East was REALLY GOOD if you liked that may I suggest that you try watching 'Steins;Gate' if you haven't already I find it to be really well done as well =)

Yea you may have stopped watching 'Haganai' because it was to spazzy and it is more of a giggle anime than a fall into plot anime I think XD

That's most likely what happened or I just forgot about.

 

As per DarkAvenger696's suggestion I went ahead and watched Steins;Gate and thought it was really great. I am a sucker for a time travel plot and the characters were all really interesting and hilarious. It was very mentally exhausting though with all the feelings it gave me. I was reminded a bit of the 10th episode of Puella Magi Madoka Magica not that that's a bad thing since that's my favorite episode. Anyways, it's one of the more intriguing things I've watched in a while

just watched the recent episode of gundam Build fighters, the more I watch this series, the more I love it, and the temptation to turn Luna into an Aila DD custom is crowing even more @__@

On episode 489 of One Piece. All I can say is 'Damn you Luffy for making me cry on all those episodes!'. Mind you I should add, me and hubby almost tore our hair out with all the dratted fillers.

I'm watching White Album 2 right now. I hope Volks makes Setsuna and Kazusa DD's. Kazusa's stage outfit is hot (but probably a stain monster).

I'm always on the slow anime train, and I finally just watched Madoka. Wow, did not expect that at all. A lot of feelings going on, and I may or may not have actually cried?? Maybe.

YAY!!! I am so glad you decided to give it a go hehe I love the time travel stuff to and it does have alot of feelings so I completely understand the mental exhaustion! and I never thought to compare it to Madoka Magica O___O its true it kinda is the same feels. either way YAY for you enjoying it ^___^

 

I have currently started something new! I am watching its called Psychic Detective Yakumo original jap title is 'Shinrei Tantei Yakumo' its a very enjoyable anime about a young man who has a very interesting gift and because of this people tend to stay away until Haruka stumbles into the 'film' room and finds him insert all the awesome supernatural things causing issues and I def am loving it XD Also I just finished watching Jinki:Extend it was weird and strange and had a messed up ending O____O but overall I liked it XD

Dont worry I think everyone that has watched Madoka Magica cried at least once during the anime and at least 3 times during the movies XD its the anime about magical girls that looks super cute and turns out to be full of feelings and darkness!!!!

I've yet to watch the steins gate movie, but it looks like it has a good rating on MyAnimeList.

Oh goodness, I haven't watched anime in a long time, but I'm trying to get back into the groove. Borrowed elfen lied to watch that! And not necessarily anime, but Billy and I watched Battle Royale yesterday!

Yes, it's so cool! My expectations was not that high since I didn't know much about it but I ended up loving it~ ♥ I have 7 episodes left to watch though ; A ;

We are watching Blue exorcist right now, it reminds me a lot of demon king daimao

Anyone else watching Wizard Barristers? The animation is gorgeous! So far the story has been pretty interesting, too.

Just finishing up Eden of the East, then moving on to either the second part of Bodacious space pirates or starting Highschool DxD.

I'm watching "Nagi no asukara" now. Actually I'm not a fan of romance anime but I do love this show! XD

I finished up with "Kokoro Connect" earlier today and really enjoyed it. It had some truly odd situations in it due to an outside source interfering with a small group of friends but they were interesting to see for sure. A fun show I'd recommend to people for sure.

 

Not sure what series I'll start next tho. Maybe it's time to watch some older Miyazaki films instead...
